I bought my 2014 Cadillac CTS4 3.6L three years ago. I bought it at an auction through my dealer and it was still under manufacture warranty. At 35,000 miles it was pretty well worn. I have it under dealer care still at 78,000 miles. I have never had it detailed before. I have recently moved. And for most of its life with me, it was parked in an underground parking lot. I have a car wash monthly subscription. And until February of this year. The interior was regularly vacuumed. Other than that, I have never really had strong esthetic car care. I met Marvin through my lovely wife, less than a year ago. He is an awesome man. Full disclosure, he is like family to me now. He was among the few invited to my wedding this past July. All that being said. I want you to know that his detailing work is the best I have ever seen. I thought I was being biased myself. The next day I took my car to the gas station. Two people stopped me while I was pumping gas. One person said, "...this is the cleanest car I have ever seen." He then asked me for IDM Detail's phone number. The other guy owned a local body shop. The car attracted him to me. We started a conversation and now I might have a new Real Estate client out of it. I have fallen in love with my car again. When I dropped it off, I took a trash bag to put in the stuff I wanted to keep. And I left the rest in my car...which meant it looked like a dump. I came back to a showroom like condition car...and I wasn't even given the 'full' detail, as I'd bought a Groupon. They buffed scratches out of my car, shampooed my carpets, and even removed the rock salt I forgot was in my back and cleaned it out. So major props for lifting 2 50lb bags - I would have just vacuumed around them. I've been really bummed I couldn't find a Canton Car Wash-like place in this neck of the woods and Royal Farms' carwash is a huge waste of money. It's good to know these guys are nestled back here doing a kick ass job of cleaning cars. I've now found my go to spot for getting my car clean.
