I am now on my 11th iPhone lol... I have horrible luck with phones and I have dealt with various people/companies working to fix my screen and it was getting very old. I had horrible customer service as well as being over charged but it was my lucky day when I found out about iCracked. I was leaving a repair store very upset they didn't have my white screen in stock and weren't willing to do anything for me, on the web I started reading into iCracked and figured why not try it.. Within minutes of submitting a request, Matei Ionita, one of their techs, contacted me. It was pretty awesome. He didn't have the white screen in stock either but he suggested if I needed my phone he'd put a black one on for now and switch it when he got the white one in (which was going to be 2 days later) I was so happy he was willing to fix my phone that night and grateful he even made that suggestion . The price was fair and above all he kept his word. I love dealing with professional people. Every other place I have been to takes at least 2 hours to fix my phone... He took 15 minutes !! and the quality was spectacular compared to the times I have over paid and waited days for poor quality repairs. I am beyond thankful to Matei... My phone is really important to me and he was very understanding of that. I will definitely keep doing business with him (if I have to) knowing my luck this will happen again haha but overall thank you iCracked you have made me more than satisfied. I've never written a review ever, I actually made yelp to write this, because this company is the fucking coolest company I've ever used. My best friend left his phone on the floor and I stepped on it at 4 am and the screen shattered. It's an iPhone 5c. He just had bought it 2 months ago. I felt horrible and I immediately looked up any places that could fix it. An apple repair at the apple store costed $248 so I put in my location and "iPhone repair" and this, iCracked, popped up. I entered my location and problem on their website, and they texted me and set an appointment within an hour. My friend met up with him a few hours later with his phone at a Panera (with my money of course) and the guy said (when he texted me) that it would be $139.99 with no additional fees. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of five is because he didn't tell me how much tax would be ($170 altogether). But from what my friend said, it was fast and it was awesome. Really saved my ass, iCracked. Thanks Jake, who fixed his phone, and thanks to this cool ass company that drove out to middle of no where to fix a phone I not so soberly broke at 4 am the NEXT day. I ordered a new screen for my Iphone 4S and attempted to replace it myself following the instructions that came with the replacement screen. After not being able to get the phone working after my attempt and becomeing EXTREMELY disgusted with myself! I contacted ICracked .Com and was then contacted By Jeff. WHAT A GUY! Jeff met me at a local shopping center, we went over what I had done to the phone, including stripping out a screw! I asked Jeff if he could take my phone home and fix it. I recieved a text at 9 pm saying all was good!! I made arraingments to pick it up the next day. This is a great company! Jeff is extremely knowlegable with the IPhones! Jake was very helpful with our iPad repair. He came to our house (20 minutes from where he lives) on the weekend to pick up our ipad and on a weekday evening to drop it back off. When the repair took longer than expected, he was very communicative and apologetic about it, but he explained why it was taking longer so we understood the issues. He even offered to lend us an iPad during the repair period. The repair was great in the end, and Jake gave us a discount for the extra time it took. I hope I don't need many more repairs like this one, but if I do I'd call Jake again. read more

Sang has repaired both mine and my son's iPhone screens and I had another tech repair my son's phone in the past. Sang was great, able to get me an appointment the day after I called. He met me at a McDonald's close to my house. Really, iCracked is the easiest way to go to get your phone repaired. Not only do they repair screens but all kinds of issues with your phone - my son also had shorted out the wire to his camera. Sang was professional and able to repair all of the issues. My daughter cracked her 5s screen for the very 1st time, and I didn't want to go to the mall to get it fixed, so I did some researched and came across iCracked.Com, and they recommended Jose Cruz as my local itech. He came today, took care of his business in 30 mins or so while I sat, watched, and chatted with him a bit. I had a cracked Ipad 2 screen and found ICracked on line while doing a search. He came out to our home and picked up the device right when he said he would, inspected it, took it back and fixed it and then returned the phone all within a few hours. Robert was AMAZING! He fixed 2 iPads very quickly and even let us know about the broken wifi adapters on both. They had been having issues connecting to wifi and we didn't know why. For a very reasonable fee, he fixed those on both iPads in addition to fixing the screens. The iPads were fixed about a month ago and they both are still working like new. Just had my phone repaired by Kevin. He was about to come out the same day, two hours after I first contacted him. The repair was quick, he explained everything he was doing, never tried to open apps to ensure they work, not even iTunes, without specific permission. He came to my place of work and fixed my phone in a Starbucks in 20 minutes. It cost $129, which is a bit steep, but considering every other option would have cost me more $$, it was an easy call.
