He let me know he was about to close up, but he knew the phone model really well. He thought he could fix it in a half an hour. I gave him my number and told him I was having dinner at Chinese Kitchen. I kept looking at my phone so I wouldn't miss his call. A half hour went by - nothing. Then I look up and there he is standing at the counter. "Sorry, but I tried calling and your phone went to vm." WOW - really?! Instead of just leaving because he couldn't get in touch with me- he came up to let me know it was done. WOW! I don't mean to make such a big deal about that, but it seems in this day and age most people aren't willing to go above and beyond. Well, Chris did! Awesome customer service and very knowledgeable.
