Daniel is the new owner of this particular location and he took wonderful care of me this afternoon. I own two Samsung phones one is the newest version (a Samsung Z4 flip) and the other is a Galaxy S9 plus. I called up this location on Memorial Day Holiday and was told to be patient because they needed to order a new speaker for my phone. Apparently the speaker blew out and I was extremely worried that I'd be charged a lot of money to fix it; but surprisingly everything was completely complimentary today! Daniel encouraged me to bring my phone in today and because he had other orders ahead of mine he told me to wait three hours and everything would be complete. He even allowed me to bring my great pyrenees puppy to the store this afternoon so we made it a fun outing all day and I took my pup to all the local coffee shops, bakeries and dog parks as we waited for my phone to be fixed. When I came back I mentioned that my Galaxy S9 plus also had an issue charging properly. I had a hunch the port might be filled with dirt and lint because the charger didn't want to stay all the way in. Daniel was kind enough to give it a thorough cleaning for me and then let me charge it back up in his store. I had a complex battery issue with my iPhone. The Apple store refused to service the phone, so based upon the Yelp and Google reviews of this particular uBreakiFix location, I stopped by. I came here on a rainy Friday afternoon (because when else do these types of mishaps occur?) after the helpful man at the T-Mobile flagship told me that this would be my best bet to address a cell phone screen that had come to resemble an old-timey tv with intermittent reception. When I first got here, the door was locked with a sign that I would have to call ahead. Fortunately, there was an employee working in the back who was able to let me into the store (perhaps the panicked expression on my face helped). Even though this location was not able to address the issue (the part was not in stock, nor could it be ordered from a nearby store), the level of customer service was above and beyond. It was also explained that it would cost more to fix the phone than it would to buy a new one. I grabbed one of their brochures on my way out for my future reference for when one of my devices inevitably goes wrong. Walking out the door, I felt calmer knowing what my options are. I brought in my laptop that had water damage on the screen from walking in the rain. Freddy was super nice and got my laptop working again in under 3 hours! The total price was $540 (after tax) which is cheaper than what I would've paid through Apple and I got my device back the same day as well. Great service! read more

Horrible service provided by Eric. Dropped my laptop of on December 19th, 2022 with him and he informed me it would be ready within a day or 2. Since I hadn't heard anything back from him by December 21st, 2022, I stopped back in. Eric was extremely rude during this visit, told me my laptop was not ready yet and could not explain the status or expected completion date. Ultimately, he slammed my laptop down on the front counter and told me if I didn't like his response to leave and go to another store. Absolutely the worst service I can remember experiencing before. Good thing there's other Asurion Phone & Tech Repair stores in the area. Otherwise, the service he convinced me to sign up for would be useless. read more

Showed up for my appointment and the door was locked with lights out in the store. I heard from someone else waiting that the store manager said he'd be in the back working on repairs and to call when we arrived, but no one answered and there was no one else to go to. Save yourself the trouble and go to directly to Apple for any iPhone repairs. This location repaired my iPhone 11 on March 6th. Notwithstanding their "Low Price Guarantee", the store was reluctant to price match a local competitor and only agreed to price match after I showed two separate competitor quotes (despite their stated policy of only requiring one published price). Approximately two months after the screen replacement, water leaked into my iPhone because their technician failed to properly reseal the devise. Query whether there was something nefarious about this store's shoddy work in light of the push back I received after requesting the price match. Eric Mitchell, the technician who handled my repair, was particularly curt, unprofessional and defensive. To the extent you'd prefer to support another small business, I would highly recommend anywhere but this location. read more
