After successfully repairing the TV, they mounted the TV free of charged and help with hiding the wirings. This TV is 85" and weights 100 pounds. I was expecting them to leave after fixing the TV, but they stayed until they verified: 1) TV update is completed and successful 2) tested sound of exterior/internal speakers 3) helped me configured my Google Home integration on my phone 4) tested a few streaming apps for video/audio. In addition, they gave recommendations about the current mounting brackets. Even after I left, I found an issue with a couple of apps. They debugged through texting and eventually found a solution that rectified the issue. I ended up waiting and coming back multiple times, and the business did not open until after 2 PM. This made it very difficult to get timely help. When I finally spoke with the technician, he examined the phone and told me that there had been a short circuit. However, he did not take responsibility for the issue and instead tried to explain it in a way that suggested it wasn't related to the repair. I requested a refund for the battery replacement service since the phone was no longer working after the visit. Initially, there was resistance, but I was eventually refunded $66. Overall, the experience involved poor communication, long delays in opening hours, and a repair that resulted in my phone no longer functioning. I ultimately had to replace my phone. I recommend asking detailed questions about repair policies, turnaround time, and warranty before using this service.
