On July 11, 2026, I used their car wash, and while entering, the first cleaning brush broke off my side mirror, causing damage to my vehicle. I immediately spoke with the employee on site, who was kind and did his best to assist. He attempted to contact the owner for guidance and was instructed to have me write a report and allow until the following Tuesday for a response. He also helped temporarily tape my mirror so I could safely drive home, which I appreciated. I completed the report and followed up as instructed. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I called multiple times, left several messages, and even informed them that I would be contacting insurance--still no reply. Jiffy Lube, who had provided me with a coupon for the wash, also attempted to contact the owner on my behalf and received no response. What is most concerning is that I was told this type of damage has happened before, and that lack of response is typical. I was even advised that small claims court may be the only next step. I am sharing this to caution others. Based on my experience, there appears to be a pattern of equipment issues and a lack of accountability when damage occurs. I would strongly encourage others to use caution when considering this car wash.

There was a long line but it moved quickly. I got the $15 executive wash since it had been so long since my last wash. They are still giving out the dashboard wipes, so the previous review about that is no longer correct. The people who scrubbed my car did a good job and were pretty thorough. The car wash did turn off about 3/4 of my way through but it turned back on after about a minute so it was fine. When the wash was over they towel-dried my car and did a great job. No streaks or missed spots! All in all this is a great deal! If you aren't looking for a perfect shine with absolutely no dirt left then this is well worth the low price. I'll certainly be coming back whenever I need my car washed again.

The card machine is terrible, you have to swipe like 10 times for it to go through once. the business also does a terrible job of explaining what you're paying for. After swiping my card 10 times, it finally goes through and water starts spraying. I had enough time to pressure wash the outside of my tesla model 3, and cover half the car in foam. then the machine turns off. i get a notification from the bank that i got charged $10 at the car wash. now my car is half covered in soap so i pay again and finish covering my car in soap, and rinse it off. Took maybe 30 more seconds. i try to turn off the pump early so i don't get charged the whole $10 again but even if you change the knob to off the timer still counts down like you're still using it. so i ended up getting charged $20 for maybe using the water and soap for maybe 3 minutes and 30 seconds. Would never go back. Avoid at all costs.

I alternate between Fast Track and a place on Coburg depending on what I need. When going to Fred Meyers, I attend Fast Track. They have an Executive Finish that makes my car glow for weeks! And as always tip the dryer!
