I want to share my recent experience with Champion Car Wash on Garden Valley in Roseburg to help others make an informed decision. On July 11, 2026, I used their car wash, and while entering, the first cleaning brush broke off my side mirror, causing damage to my vehicle. I immediately spoke with the employee on site, who was kind and did his best to assist. He attempted to contact the owner for guidance and was instructed to have me write a report and allow until the following Tuesday for a response. He also helped temporarily tape my mirror so I could safely drive home, which I appreciated. I completed the report and followed up as instructed. Unfortunately, I never received a response. I called multiple times, left several messages, and even informed them that I would be contacting insurance--still no reply. Jiffy Lube, who had provided me with a coupon for the wash, also attempted to contact the owner on my behalf and received no response. What is most concerning is that I was told this type of damage has happened before, and that lack of response is typical. I was even advised that small claims court may be the only next step. I am sharing this to caution others. Based on my experience, there appears to be a pattern of equipment issues and a lack of accountability when damage occurs. I would strongly encourage others to use caution when considering this car wash. read more

This is a regular drive thru car wash but it did a good job cleaning my seriously dirty car. I, also, did the express detailing. They had a coupon and it was a good value. Dustin did the work and it was an excellent job. The windows are so spotless, the inside is clean and smells good! I will definitely be back every month or so to get this done. It was SO worth it!! When I went through the car wash was good at first, but when I came out, my windshield wiper was broke and stuck up in the air and the people working, seen it and ignored it and the office inside was closed so I couldn't talk to anybody about it. I was sold a monthly car wash as a 10-visit car wash, something I could use all summer as I come to Roseburg infrequently. I used two of the 10 washes before it was correctly explained to me that the certificate was only good for a month's time. I spoke to the nicest supervisor here who honored the certificate as it was sold to me--good for a total of 10 washes. What an amazing job of customer service!!! He certainly didn't have to do what he did, and he did it all with a smile and a very pleasant manner. This car wash DEFINITELY cares about their customers!!!! worst $80 I've ever spent. I'm a disabled veteran with a scooter mounted to the back of my vehicle so I went to champion car wash next to jiffy lube in Roseburg. I knew they couldn't run my car through the car wash so I paid to get the inside detailed. they did a crappy job and there was still trash left in the back. the windows still had finger prints and they wouldn't even wash the front windshield even after I asked them if they wou get the bugs off for me. I was told I paid for an interior clean and not for bugs on the windshield. I know I will never go back and would never ever recommend this place. your service sucks. read more

Horrible service now. They did away with the hand cloth drying option after the wash. It's the ONLY reason I ever went there to start with since they are outrageously priced. Now that they won't even hand dry my cars, I won't ever be back. Their car washes always sucked anyway and ALWAYS missed several parts on my cars and rarely even got all the bugs off my windshield. Came here after a weekend road trip. It had some bugs but mostly very dusty. I paid for the top wash, $15 thinking that would get everything off. Nope. It didn't even knock the dust off the back. Janky isn't a word I use regularly, but this carwash is the definition of janky. Junk equipment, rude and "hand dry" doesn't mean they actually dry the vehicle. They just run around with wet, dirty rags and undo any cleaning the carwash may have done. Headed home to wash it again myself. Waste of $15. read more

A passenger side mirror was torn off my truck while finishing the wash cycle. We submitted damage reports with the help of the management on duty on the 10 of September 2022. Nothing, no reimbursement for damages or phone call of replacement. Unsatisfactory performance for a business in the Roseburg area. Employees (April) at the business saw the damage and witnessed the damage taking place. Today is the 25 of September. No contact even after numerous attempts to get answers over several weeks. If you want to take your old car to this place for quick wash its fine.. if you have a newer car, and dont want the paint or clear coat damaged; avoid this place.. they dont change out or clean the rollers enough. You will be regretting it.. they want you to bring in your car so they can fix it . Why would anyone let you touch their car again after this..lol never again for me. read more

This is an automated car wash. Not a hand wash. Not a not-picky-inspect-o-meter human interaction car wash. Just automated, run by minimum wage workers. Nothing fancy. Does exactly what all the other car washes in America do, wash the car about 85% of the way. Does exactly what i need in a pinch. Ran our 2020 Ford Edge Sport through and did the job well. They don't need to wear masks cause I had a 1/4" thick window in between me and the workers, so i'm pretty sure that masks weren't necessary. This is not a "deep clean" car wash. None of them are. If you want deep clean, spend 4 hours of your own time and wash it by hand. This place is perfect for what it is. read more

On July 31, 22 patronized Champion One Car wash to get our car washed as we have so many many times. About halfway through the wash their machinery broke down. An attendant came by and said they were going to get them work shortly. We waited several minutes and then all of a sudden their machine started. It began loudly beating the back of our SUV. It didn't move us forward it just kept hitting our car in the back. Then their machine stopped. The attendant came by again and said they were still working on it. Once again their machine started and began bashing the back of our car! It kept going and going. Finally it stopped and the attendant came by and said he was going to have to help direct us to drive out of the car wash area. My husband asked the attendant if our car was damaged, the attendant said, "No it's fine". He told us they would give us a free car wash and to drive back to the front of the car wash. We drove around to the front and my husband got out of the car to check the back to make sure it was okay. He quickly discovered that the machinery had broken the wiper on our back window. It was dangling down the back side of the car. He showed the attendant and told him this needs to be repaired. He said we bought our Durango at Lithia and we would drive over there and find out what the part would cost. The attendant got a form and wrote down that they had broken the wiper and he said we needed to come back to talk to the manager. My husband went to Lithia and got the part ordered and then took the receipt and went to Champion one car wash to speak to the manage. They told him the manager was gone but they took down his name and said the manager would call him back. The manager never called him back. So after several days my husband went a second time to talk to the manager but of coarse he was unavailable and they said they would have him call us. It's now been over a month and we have not received a call from the manager. This colors a very ugly picture of not only the incompetent manager but the integrity of this business. They can act as though they are an upstanding business in our community by having the baseball stadium named after them, but this means nothing when their true actions are corrupt. The wiper cost just under $100. There should be no reason they would not want to cover the cost when they admitted that their machinery malfunctioned and damaged our vehicle. We will pursue this and Champion Car Wash will find out that their dishonorable actions will be found out and will not pay off! read more

Champion Car Wash offers a decent car wash for $8 that includes a quick hand-dry at the end. However, if you're considering a $50 Detail by Dustin, take a look a my results from last week. My only request was to get all the mildew off of inside door hatches and rubber seals. I offered an extra $20 if he would finished the job but he said, " I'm really slammed right now." He was older, with a white beard. I had my head down and he banged on my hood with his sprayer and yelled at me. He was a rude jerk. I went through the car wash and paid for the Champion wash that included tire wash. They only sprayed my windows and didn't even get the tires before I went in to the car wash. I had a long line, coming in, about 5 cars in front of me!! I received a coupon for a free wash when I got my oil changed at jiffy lube, so im just getting a freebie. The guys were fairly friendly this time, although it has been lacking some times in past visits... Just a normal car wash! Nothing stands out, nothing less than satisfactory. They got my car pretty clean but the customer service was lacking. The car wash knocked off a piece of molding on my car and they said it did not fall off in the car wash. They said they would look in the drains and call me back but they did not call. I am 100% positive the piece of the car fell off in the car wash. The car has never lost any pieces, so it seems like the car wash was rough on my car. It was cleaner than the average drive-thru car wash. We flew in from out of town to visit my parents and my husbands brother happens to live nearby and loaned us his car so we didn't have to rent one. On the day we left to catch our plane we popped in to get it washed in and out to return it cleaner than we borrowed it. It was not until it was too late we realized that while they had done the exterior, vacuumed, and done windows, they had not wiped down any interior parts of the car. We were on our way to catch a plane, so we could neither get our money back or have them redo it. We returned a dirty car. read more

Today I went to get my wonderful car washed and at the end of the car wash my car was damaged. Keep in mind I keep very great care of my car. It's only 4 years old, and has had no problems what so ever. My whole weather strip was ripped completely off. One of the workers had the nerve to tell me that "I need to get it fixed before I come back". I asked for a manager & the worker said there is no manager today, he took some information & said he would get back to me, on top of it all my car was still horribly dirty, NEVER WILL COME HERE AGAIN, and they sure as hell better pay for my damages. read more

I can't even give this place 1star without choking. It is my first time here. I purchased the Blue Ribbon item with tire detail....$24. After paying, the guy told me I had to drive around to the Jiffy Lube for the interior clean. I did so...only to be greeted by a perturbed man because he said it was cold. I waited and another car came and was immediately taken in for service. I asked who was doing my car and another guy with greasy hands said, "All of us!" I asked to please wash his hands before touching the car as I didn't want a greasy steering wheel. He laughed and starting muttering to all the guys and mocking my comment. I watched the later car being serviced and asked why my car was left running and sitting when it was here first? He went out and they all laughed. Finally the original car was side guy came and started doing the car. I will never come back. Horrible horrible customer service. They did a great job on our huge Ram 3500. It looks like new. For $16, can't beat it. I've paid a lot more for a lot worse at other places.

I was extremely disappointed in the detailing that the guys from the Jiffy Lube side of the car wash did. The regular detailing associate was not available, so consequently, the work was halfway done, very shoddy. I complained about the dirty condition it was left in, so they vacuumed again. The usual detailing associate showed up and cleaned the floor mats and sprayed the tires. When I got home, I finished wiping down the interior. No problem, they'll still be there at the finish. $17 plus you get to finish their job at the end, but don't use their rags "No public use of their wiping rags." Don't go here... I went to the self serve Champion car was on Diamond Lake Hwy. I wanted to clean my engine of my car. None of the settings work like the wax, tire cleaner, engine cleaner, etc. I had already put my money in so I waited and after about 2 minutes the rinse setting started to work.
