Well-versed on the menu and a very pleasant lady. It's certainly not a fancy place and it looks like it's been around for a while, but it's the kind of place where you might like to hang out at the bar. Everyone there seems to be friendly and you get that comfortable feeling. We had a variety of food items, some better than others but nothing below average. Really good salads, as you can see by the pictures, a nice job on the chicken wings, a BLT that was pretty tasty; the butternut squash soup was OK, pretty thick and not hot at all. One was returned to the kitchen to be heated up. There was a chicken dip that really didn't hit the spot, and the tortilla chips that came with it seem to be past their prime. As for the fried mushrooms. I found them pretty much ordinary. A nice surprise were the brussels sprouts with balsamic and goat cheese. Really really good. Overall, I would give the food about a 3 1/2 stars at the service five stars so what averages out around four stars. Like I said it looks like a nice place to hang around and have a couple of beverages and a little something to eat.

There are multiple rooms, upstairs and downstairs areas, plus a huge outdoor space with a stage. The place was absolutely packed for the soccer game, and the atmosphere was incredible. I ordered the hot wings, and they were delicious. I also loved how easy it was to order everything through the QR code system. The food and drinks came out surprisingly fast. It's not a big place but they have outdoor seating, the night were were there it was chilly so we sat inside in the back dining room. It's got a fun nautical feel with lots of local references on the walls. We started with the local smoked fish spread and the southern favorite of hush puppies. The fish spread had great flavor and came with the usual saltine crackers, hot sauce and jalepanos. The hush puppies were hot and full of cornbread flavor. I always hope that the usual saltine crackers don't show up with the fish spread but it seems to be a tradition. I ordered the Ahi Tuna tacos and WOW these might be the best I've ever had and I have ordered these all over the country. The amount of Ahi tuna was unexpected and a ton. There wasn't a lot of others ingredients on the tacos so the taste of the tuna was really the main taste and man was it good. My wife ordered the Mahi Taco bowl and was super happy with it as well. It consisted of blackened Mahi topped with Cheddar Jack Cheese, Mango Salsa, Remoulade Sauce, on a bed of Black Beans and Rice. I didn't try it in the restaurant but she brought it home with us and I had her leftovers the next day and they were great.
