10 Buffalo Shrimp
Mandy E.

The food was absolutely disgusting. I've been to different locations and the food was much better. But here they served us rotten fries and the fried shrimp had batter on it was coming off of each shrimp. It tasted so bad. The service was awful. Very friendly but they don't know how to multitask. We were left sitting and waiting 20 mins at a time with the wrong drinks, and bad food.

Special drink of the month

This Hooters location is small; however there is inside and outside seating. Food took a long time to come out. My chicken wings were yummy, yet small. The dry parm rub was really good and plentiful. My drink was just OK. I thought the food was very over priced but location was nice on the boardwalk. And of course gotta get a picture with the wing outside. That was my favorite part. I probably won't go again and I'm in the area a lot.

John daily was here

The food was very good I got the hooters signature wings with honey barbecue they were very tasty my waitress was very kind and had very fast service.(they where looking at me I wasn't looking at them. Also John daily was here

Beer... in a plastic cup?! Boo

We had a beer. No frosty pint glasses. We got a plastic cup. No ice-cold beer. Beer was warm within minutes at half empty on a chilly overcast November evening. The reason I stopped in was to pay respects to a friend. Hooters was his favorite place to hang out when he was home from the road. Unfortunately, it's been too many years and no one there had been employed long enough to know him. Cheers Kyle... This beer was for you!

It just keeps getting worse. Not only are the wings MUCH smaller than they used to be, but it's almost as if they train the waitresses and bartenders to absolutely not care about giving good service. This is one of those places where they know they're going to yield their tips solely on volume, and they don't even try to take good care of you. Today our bartender hardly looked at us, never brought me a glass of water, only rang in half our food, didn't bring my husband his second beer-and never apologized. Don't know why we went back, it won't happen again.

Fried shrimp with honey hot sweet chili sauce and potato salad

I'm not sure why the Hooters has such a low rating though may be from unhappy tourists. As a local I LOVE our Hooters! There is inside and outside seating, lots outside, with a roof covering the whole deck. The bar seating is large enough as I rarely have trouble sitting there. All of the employees are super dedicated and nice, many having worked there for years. The food is always perfectly cooked and delicious; the only item I didn't really like is the turkey burger as it tasted too much like Thanksgiving. My go too's are the burger, any of the wings and the fried shrimp, all good! The best part is the coating on the wings and the shrimp. They are always coated so well that they don't end up mushy in the chosen sauce. I'll add that I usually only like my potato salad but I always order Hooter's. It just tastes good. One wish I wish for is that they would bring back the roasters of oysters. I love shucking my own and they were always steamed to perfection.

Boneless wings and parm fries. Way overdone!

Best Hooters location, hands down!! These are our favorite wings in town. We place a huge to-go order every time we visit John's Pass.

While walking through the shops, we noticed this brewery on the second floor above several stores and decided to head up since we love craft beer. The space itself is very large, though it felt a bit emptier than we expected for such a busy tourist destination. Because of that, we weren't expecting much from the beer, but we were pleasantly surprised. The selections we tried were outstanding and easily exceeded our expectations. We didn't try the food, so we can only comment on the beer, but based on that alone we would definitely recommend stopping in. If the atmosphere had been a little more lively, this would easily have been a five-star experience for us.

They also have several TVs and if you ask, they're typically able to put a game on for you. It was fairly late when we got here so I started and ended with the Wasa watermelon sangria. It is my absolute favorite. It's so light and refreshing and I always end up going downstairs to the winery that they own and purchasing a couple of bottles to bring home with me. my husband had the #Amberale and it is one of his favorites. He usually gets it every time we come because it's consistent, doesn't have that bitter finish at the end. It's just a great overall amber ale. We were hungry so we did order food. They do have three specials for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day celebration so I had the St. Patrick's Day Patty, which is a huge hamburger with like 1/3 pound of cheese on it and a jam. The burger was delicious. It was a lot of cheese, so I ended up not eating most of it. My husband got the chicken tenders basket and said the tenders were good. The tater tots are definitely one of their best things love the seasoning and they've got a nice fry on them.

We came here one night for drinks and after seeing the menu knew we had to come back for a meal. The food looked so amazing and it was very hard to choose which option to go with. For the app we had the crab Rangoon dip and the Midwesterner in me was missing my cheese so we also had the Wisconsin cheese curds. The cheese curds were pretty classic and the Parmesan cheese on top added a nice twist. The crab dip... I'm drooling just thinking about it. If you like crab you need to get that app. For the meal, I had the Surf and Turf with coconut shrimp. Sweet Mary was I glad I did. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection and the coconut shrimp with spicy Thai sauce was so good. The shrimp had the perfect crunch while the shrimp themselves were tender. They also have a wide variety of drinks and beers which was nice to try some new things. I do also want to do a shout out to Robert who was our waiter. He was phenomenal! Orders perfectly taken, he was polite yet had some fun and laughs with us, and was very patient when a couple people in our group were "picky" eaters. While he had several tables he was serving he was always right there if he noticed our waters or drinks being close to empty. Food will make people talk, but food and service will bring people back. The food was top notch and the service was some of the best in town. I'll admit, we were hungry and I forgot pictures of the actual food... the desserts (S'Mores Brownie Sundae and the Key Like Pie) were also amazing.

We decided that she joked a lot, but without smiling. So, it was often hard to tell if she was irritated with us or just joking. Two guys sat down at the bar next to us ready to order food and actually cashed out right away saying they didn't want the bartender to snap at them anymore. The crab Rangoon dip was ok. It was full of cream cheese without much crab. The atmosphere was really neat. Looks like a kid friendly place.

I genuinely like this place, but my latest visit was a gentle reminder that even the greats have their off nights. We grabbed a spot on the outdoor patio, which is great because there are tons of TVs playing sports to keep you entertained. And you're going to need that entertainment, because the vibe this particular evening was heavily operating on "island time." I started to wonder if our server had to physically row to an island to get our order. It was a very long wait just to be acknowledged, and an even longer wait for drinks. Funniest part? My beer arrived well before my water. I was incredibly parched, and while I appreciate a cold brew, I didn't exactly want to shotgun my beer just to survive the drought. The tap water finally made its grand, triumphant entrance a solid 20 minutes after we sat down. When it came time to order, we met the Upcharge Enthusiast. Here's the deal: burgers come with rice and beans by default. If you want Bob's fries, that's a $2 upcharge. I tried to shoot for the stars and upgrade to onion rings. The response? A firm, almost offended no. "Those are an appetizer," I was informed. Honestly, our server seemed to derive a bizarre, villainous amount of joy from telling me things were an upcharge. Hey, whatever brings you happiness, just take my two dollars and make the fries happen. After the drinks took a serious scenic route, the food came blazingly fast out of the kitchen, but when it finally arrived...wow. The burgers here are absolute behemoths. You literally have to unhinge your jaw like an anaconda to take a bite. I have to admit, they are undeniably amazing. One bite almost makes you forget you spent the first half of the evening contemplating drinking water out of a patio planter. Pro-tip: Bring paper money! They give you a nice little discount if you pay in cash. Overall, I still really like this joint. Every restaurant is allowed to have a rough service night every now and then, and this just happened to be one of them. I'll definitely be back although I just might pre-hydrate in the parking lot next time.
