6 5-oz beer flight, yes please!
    Kara H.

Delicious beer with a unique menu of ciders, IPAs, stouts, sours - including sweet potato beer with a spiced sugar rim. The food was super tasty with a wide variety on the menu. Lots of fun games for kids and adults. Seating for large parties too. It was crowded and they shared that it would be a longer wait. None the less, the service was still very good. We had a seafood boil, gator tail, sweet/spicy pulled pork sandwich and of course the jelly donut burger. All exceeded expectations.

Food was delicious and came out fast. I had the grilled chicken pesto sandwich and half side wedge salad. Great flavor. Friendly staff. My nephew had the donut burger also good. Large amount of seating. Good for those that love breweries.

This was such a fun dinner! Our favorites on the platter were the coconut shrimp (by far!), and the delicious corn on the cob. Everything else tasted good, although we weren't bit fans of the dip. The beers came out great as well--we both loved the flavors we chose. Service was nice and pretty quick being here on a week night. Would recommend coming into this spot for a beer or dinner! If I came again I would get just the coconut shrimp meal!

Well --it's a bar --it's loud --it's by the beach -and so it's great. Had coconut shrimp which was tasty and a burger (suggest ordering a double if you like want a quarter pound size) and then a pretzel. The food was all solid with the burger lack of taste complimented with really good tator tots. --fun place and service was good

Super cool place located upstairs at John's Pass with some original dishes and plenty of beer! Service was on point with orders being cooked and delivered to our table quickly. They have plenty of games and stuff for kids to do while they wait which was an excellent addition for us. The booth we were seated at actually had its own TV and PlayStation for the kids to play or just a few steps away were pinball machines, cornhole boards, and small arcade area. Maybe this was encouragement for the kids to eat good because they devoured their dinner...and returned to playing! Food is sorta traditional bar type food but it's crafted their way and must say, each creation was really good. The pretzel is HUGE and went MIA before I could get a picture. It's served with beer cheese and spicy mustard, both of which pair excellent with a fresh pretzel. If you're in the area, give Mad Beach Brewing a try, I certainly will when I'm back!

We love this brewery. This is a large place for adults and children. They have games for kids. They have good food. But most of all beer. You can get flights up to 28 glasses. We love the different beers. From , I yam what I yam , dolphin drool , to an IPA Madeira Vice. Nice place to relax and have a pint. The place is decorated nice and clean bathrooms. Service is always friendly and very helpful with samples.

Brian is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! The "I yam what I yam" is the BEST beer on tap.. with so many others to choose from! Such a great atmosphere & vibe ( the bar is the best! ) Come check it out!

First, I am so thankful to have had a server, and not have to scan a QR from my phone and order that way. Our server was great. I wish I could remember her name, I want to say her name was Savannah, but not certain. Food and drinks were excellent. I can't believe their drink selection, spectacular! Ambiance was great too. My husband and I collect brewery swag and was happy to find a cool metal Mad Beach sign and shirt! Thank you very much for the wonderful experience on our family vacation! Highly recommended!

Such a fun brewery! On the second floor in St Johns Pass area, very family friendly pirate themed brewery and kitchen. We were just stopping in for drinks so we sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and helpful! She suggested a flight for my first time, which includes your choice of 6 beers. I tried 6 different styles and everything was quite good. Can't wait to come back for food and to try the rest of the tap list!

Floating through Florida you quickly find out that, Florida has a ton of really great craft beer breweries. Mad Beach definitely is one of the best.. when you had John's pass, he definitely wanna stop in for a great mug of icy cold beverages. An amazing selection something for everyone., oh and don't forget they have indoor cornhole set up as well. I also consider myself a burger snob in this place definitely impressed. If you leave here hungry and thirsty that's your own fault. May I left my belly full and thoughts of my next time here.

3.4 --- not terrible but not memorable our server was Emily she did her job well- she was friendly and accommodating she definitely got her steps in... We a double "smash" burger with bacon and cheese and the chicken pesto club! With regular tots and beer, cheese tots, the winner was definitely the chicken pesto club and the beer tots. The chicken was succulent and juicy, and the herb roasted tomatoes mixed with the pesto made for a flavor packed and delicious combo! Burger was disappointing. I wasn't asked how I wanted it cooked and you sounded need yo be with a smash burger. But what I got wasn't a Smashburger it was a burger that had been and relieved of all its juice. My burger came out grey almost all the way through a little dry and was still somehow oily. Could've used a sauce or smashed. I think Smashburger is just a trendy item to have your menu regardless of if you actually adhere to the smashing component. Now the beers, they do have a wide range of German style beers, a lot more stout and darker beers than I would have expected. And they were pretty good. I'm not a dark beer drinker. I don't prefer stouts I definitely prefer the high ABV crisp hoppyness of an IPA with light fruit or citrus notes so settle on Madeira vice. A solid IPA for sure The vibe of this place is definitely more tourist attraction than local gem or your standard pub. They have old game consoles at some of the tables and there is a mini arcade in the back and a full-size bus around the kitchen. Plastic silver ware and paper towels. It's bar food so maybe I'm being too critical... but it definitely feels like they know the food is sup par and they are trying to compensate. Overall not my kinda place don't I think I'll be returning.

They had a fresh catch of grouper that day, so we decided to try the grouper nuggets. They're market price, but absolutely worth it. Even our friend preferred them over his fried fish. The batter was light, crispy, and delicious. Our kids ordered the bacon cheese fries and loved them. Just a heads-up: they use a nacho cheese sauce rather than shredded cheese, which some people may prefer to know ahead of time. Our friend from Massachusetts ordered the lobster sub (also market price) and said it was worth every penny. My husband and I split the grouper nuggets and the Philly cheesesteak. The bread is brought in from up north, and our server's recommendation did not disappoint. The sandwich was rich, flavorful, and one of the highlights of the meal. We also tried the onion rings. They use a beer batter, which wasn't our favorite, but that's more of a personal preference than a criticism. Overall, we'd definitely return if we're in the area again. The only downside was parking--$29.99 for two hours is pretty brutal. Thankfully, the food and atmosphere helped make up for it.

Considering there is high traffic or tourists we understood and went in to put our names on the wait list. When my group of four woman(one Latina, one black woman and two white woman), we were told it would be about 25 minutes and were added to the list. We walked through the restaurant towards the beach noticing there were many empty tables. We figured a shift change but out curiosity as the time went on I asked one of the servers if there was a reason for the slow seating. She began to tell us that the kitchen was extremely backed up and they just caught up and it shouldn't be long. After more than 30 minutes went by I asked the woman at the hostess stand named Jean for an update on time and she said we were next and we would receive a text. As we continued to wait for our seating we were getting closer to an hour and noticed groups of white mena and women being sat ahead of us. More tables became available but for some reason ours was not ready yet, per Jean. When we spoke to Jean about our concern, I told her I believed were being racially profiled and oppose to apologizing, lack of explanation or reassurance she said it was not ready and that she couldn't believe we went there and raised her voice about table not being ready. In 2026 no group of individuals should feel dismissed or given different treatment due to their race. As entrepreneurs we were disappointed and disgusted that the management has clearly allowed this for years, as Jean has been there for 30 years and has multiple complaints when I also brought this up to the Bilmar staff. I would strongly encourage the management team to go back and reevaluate their team and move forward with hiring some new and firing the old. Every guest deserves to have equal treatment and respect . Clearly inclusivity and equality is not being prioritized. We must do better.

Well-versed on the menu and a very pleasant lady. Everyone there seems to be friendly and you get that comfortable feeling. We had a variety of food items, some better than others but nothing below average. Really good salads, as you can see by the pictures, a nice job on the chicken wings, a BLT that was pretty tasty; the butternut squash soup was OK, pretty thick and not hot at all. One was returned to the kitchen to be heated up. There was a chicken dip that really didn't hit the spot, and the tortilla chips that came with it seem to be past their prime. As for the fried mushrooms. I found them pretty much ordinary. A nice surprise were the brussels sprouts with balsamic and goat cheese. Really really good. Overall, I would give the food about a 3 1/2 stars at the service five stars so what averages out around four stars. Like I said it looks like a nice place to hang around and have a couple of beverages and a little something to eat.

My family and I had such a great experience, and I'd easily give it a 9/10 for the food, service, and ambiance. Even though it was a rainy day and only indoor seating was available, it didn't take away from the experience at all. The restaurant has windows throughout, so no matter where you're seated, you still get gorgeous views of the water. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure guests have a great experience. Another thing I appreciated was that the food is made fresh to order, and the seafood tasted exceptionally fresh. We started with the Kung Pao Calamari, and wow...I honestly could've eaten the entire plate myself! It was packed with flavor, perfectly cooked, and easily one of the best appetizers I've had in a while. For my entrée, I ordered the Maine Lobster Roll, and it was outstanding--fresh, buttery, and loaded with lobster. I paired it with the plantain mashed potatoes, which completely surprised me. I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were absolutely delicious and something I'd order again without hesitation. My refreshing Peach Margarita was the perfect complement to the meal. Around the table, the Fish & Chips and the Grouper BLT were both big hits. The only small critique is that the hush puppies were a little overdone. Aside from that, everything was flavorful and thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, Buoys delivered an excellent dining experience with fresh food, warm hospitality, and beautiful waterfront views. Perhaps we tried the wrong things, but we were hungry (which usually increases the appreciation for the food), and our choices ranged from not good to good. The dip appetizer- Not good. It was the crab dip with seasoned cheez-it shaped crackers. The crab did not have good flavor and the crackers were over salted. Wasn't a good balance for my taste buds. Didn't eat most of it. The oysters appetizer- Good. They were fresh which is ALWAYS appreciated. I didnt like that the shells weren't rinsed, which led to alot of shell in my slurps and the actual oyster sizes ranged from normal to small. One was almost tiny. My main meal- Good. I had the special...a Blackened Hogfish stuffed with crab and scallops. The fish on it's own was ok, but the bites with the stuffing as the whole were good. The rice and beans along with it were cooked perfectly. My friend had the Blackened Grouper and enjoyed it thoroughly. Desserts- Very Good- 50/50. The Coconut Cheesecake was absolutely DELICIOUS, definitely homemade. The Chocolate Cheesecake was just ok, but killed the sweet treat itch. Ambiance- Tranquil. If you're looking for beautiful scenery while eating pretty good food out on the patio area, this is it. The main dining area upstairs was a typical old seafood diner type vibe. The bathrooms are also located upstairs. Service was informative and attentive. It wasn't the best seafood I've had, but I'd definitely come back for the view. Pricing was fair. Check them out!

The cheese curds were pretty classic and the Parmesan cheese on top added a nice twist. The crab dip... I'm drooling just thinking about it. If you like crab you need to get that app. For the meal, I had the Surf and Turf with coconut shrimp. Sweet Mary was I glad I did. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection and the coconut shrimp with spicy Thai sauce was so good. The shrimp had the perfect crunch while the shrimp themselves were tender. Our table ordered a lot of different dishes. We got the bang bang shrimp, which was delicious and probably the highlight of the meal. I got a lobster roll with fries for my entree and it was okay. There was a ton of lettuce on it, which I was not a fan of and the bun split very easily. I ended up just eating the lobster straight off the plate. Definitely not worth the price in my opinion. I'd go with something else. My girlfriend got the Lobster Alfredo and it was not good. The pasta was super doughy and overcooked. The Alfredo sauce itself didn't have a lot flavor either. The whole thing was just not good and once again not worth the price. Our niece got butter noodles and they were the same way. Overcooked and tasted like they'd been sitting in water or something. She didn't eat it. I would skip the pasta entrees. The other item we were disappointed with was the Crab Rangoon dip. It had a fishy tang to it that we weren't a fan of. Someone in our group got the tacos for taco Tuesday and said they were good. Chicken tenders were also yummy. Overall, we had an okay experience.
