They left my front door open while we were on vacation in Hawaii.. I called Steve to let him know (as my alarm service alerted me my front door was open) he claimed they didn't leave the door open but he would go "check it out ". We were then alerted that the door was shut... no apologies... Recently the crew came to clean. They broke TWO items!!! Steve asked ME how it happened! He was rude and unapologetic. I fired him immediately. There are too many other cleaning companies for him to be so rude and disrespectful to a long time client... he has different girls cleaning for him, he doesn't take accountability for their work yet charges top dollar. The quality of the cleaning changes each week... no consistency at all.

When I called to book the appointment, the gentleman on the phone told me that the area rug would be extra - I couldn't understand why he couldn't just count that as the fifth room. I agreed to pay the extra. The guy who came out was running late but called me to warn me of this, which I appreciated. He worked so hard and was extremely thorough. He even helped my husband move a couple of pieces of furniture since I am pregnant and could not. I liked that there wasn't a chemical smell to my carpets when he was done - they just smelled fresh and clean. I will be using them again but will probably not buy the Groupon since their actual prices are the same as (or possibly even better) than the Groupon price.

I told him my availability, after 4 during the week or Saturdays. His response, that will be extra. Explain, why do I need to pay more than what I've already paid? I declined and suggested he might want to include that information in the Groupon ad, so people can make decision. Once again, he had a smart comment. I would think in these difficult times, businesses would appreciate someone patronizing!!
