Luis wore booties over his shoes while working in the house. They left no mess and were careful about asking to open doors so our cat wouldn't escape. The guys who came and did the job were professional, nice and very thorough. They used de-ionized water on the outside and squeegeed the inside of the window, scrubbed the screens with water and brush and wiped the window tracks down. We had Squeegee Pro clean our home windows today. They did a superb job. From getting a quote (over the phone no less) to the crew cleaning up at the end of the job we got nothing but professionalism. Elizabeth gave us a quote and explained the process. She followed up with an email confirming the quote and lots of info on what to expect. I received a reminder by email one day before the scheduled day and a phone call to confirm. I was given a two hour window for the crew to show up. Chris and Rosendo were at the front door within a couple of minutes from the start of the window timeframe. Chris walked around to confirm the quote. They took care not to get our white carpets duty. They were so through with the job that they even cleaned the garage doors' windows and the front door stained glass! The windows look amazing! This company is reasonable compare to the other window cleaning companies. They did a decent job, except they couldn't get out the hard water marks on the sliding glass door (which were probably there for over a decade from the previous owner not maintaining the property). They test tried different things that didn't work, and said they would need to come back to do that. read more

Chris and Shawn arrived on time and warmly greeted my dogs. We discussed what I wanted done, they explained the process, gave me the estimate for costs, and then went to work. Within two hours all my windows and screens were clean. I needed a few screens repaired, so they took those screens with them back to their shop, and they will return them in 5 to 12 business days. Shawn and Chris were a pleasure to have in my home. Friendly, efficient, thorough, and professional. They pointed out problems with a few windows that I will need to watch. I have used Squeegee for about a dozen years and do a great job. I can actually see out of my windows and screens now. Chris is very detail-oriented and takes the time to inspect every screen and window. We happen to have two screens that needed replacement - Chris told us. Other guys would wash the windows and go, just like the lawn guys. Chris and Squeegee Pro earn every cent you pay them. This is hard work and that is why you don't see any homeowner washing their windows like in the old days. SP offers a 7-day rain check. If it rains and the windows need a touch up, they come out at no charge and get them sparkling clean. I am sure there are other 5 star window washing companies in O.C., but SP is the best in my book. read more

I have used this company for years and recently they have really taken a turn for the worse. They used to always respond to inquiries for appointments promptly, and do a great job once on site. In the past when I had a concern they promptly addressed it. Our last appointment was a huge disappointment. They left dirty water spots on the inside of multiple windowsills, they broke branches off of a large indoor plant as the technician squeezed by it instead of walking around a piece of furniture to get to the next window, and when I pointed out an area that wasn't cleaned well the technician said he could re-do it for a $20 cash "tip." I emailed the company about all of these concerns and never received a response. Recently I tried to book my next appointment and emailed them without a response. Due to the no response, I had to call and leave two voicemails on different days before they called back. I hope their management team can address these issues because if any of these are repeat issues I will definitely be finding another company to be a long-term customer of. read more

I had a difficult area on my stairwell with clearstory windows and blinds. Seriously, it was a risky request as it required a ladder and a bit of a balancing act, but no problem, they were up for the challenge!
