It got the sand and bird droppings off my car every time and I liked being able to vacuum the car. There isn't a mat wash, if that is something you want. Yeah, sometimes there are equipment issues, but Zips is convenient and close by. The staff is always helpful if needed (usually not necessary) vacs work well, plenty of towels. I like having a clean car on my schedule. I have other choices for washing my car, but I think my Zips membership is worth it. (No, I don't work for Zips, and don't know anyone who does.)
