Good smoothie bar in Midtown Atlanta. It never looks crowded, but there were a number of people who came and went while we waited for our orders. You can order ahead, go to the little lockers to the side of the cashier, and enter your code to get your food. If you order in-store, then use the tablet to place your selection. It can take several minutes between ordering and receiving your food. In my experience, this is totally normal and should be expected at any craft smoothie shop. Woman working was super lovely and answered any questions we had about add ons/ingredients. This is a newly opened business in Midtown. I was looking for something refreshing and fruity . This was the one of the best smoothie places I been to. General Manager Alyssa was there to greet me and help me out to pick something I was just craving. Such a lovely lady! I enjoyed her telling me about Squeez. Walked here with my son this morning to place an order for our family before we got on the road for a long trip. Chose a smoothie place because its generally much faster than a sit down restaurant, and we needed to be fairly quick. The woman working told me she was working on an order so my order would take 15-20 min. We'd walked there so I said ok...didn't have many other options. She took about 15-20 minutes to slowly make two açaí bowls for the person before me, then when another worker came in (who seemed kind and caring at least) she told them to make our order and went upstairs to get more lids for future açaí bowls instead of helping us, the family of 5 who had been waiting a significant time, and helping her coworker, who was now tasked with making 5 smoothies as fast as they could. I felt like this was disrespectful to us and to the worker who had just come in. In the end, we left 46 minutes after we arrived, with not one apology for the long wait or comment like "hey thanks for your patience" or anything. All of this is just basic customer service, so I could not recommend this to another person. Additionally, there was no running water in the bathroom, just hand sanitizer, which has to be against Health Department rules, and despite saying everything was plant based, they have protein bars at the register that are whey-based, so just make sure you double check if you're looking for plant based ingredients only. read more

They were kind behind the counter but when I explained to them about my peanut allergy stated that they don't wash the blenders till the end of the night so there is a risk of containment that could trigger my allergy. The guy was sweet enough to wash a blender for me but keep in my in the case that you have a food allergy. Probably won't return due to that alone if this isn't at the forefront of their mind. Lastly the smoothie was not worth $14. It was loose and watery with minimal flavor.
