I was told my policy was going to be effective July 31 so I canceled my homeowner policy effective July 31 and was uncovered until August 4 then they backdate the policy to July 31 so I could pay for coverage that I didn't even have the communication lines with the agent that I worked with at this location were severely broken

I will be looking elsewhere as this location seems to have taken a dive. We have been long time AAA customers. Recently moved to the area and the service here is abysmal…read more It has been over 5 hours since we called for a jump (we were initially quoted 30 minutes). No updated ETA just automated messages saying there has been a "delay." Fast forward through 3 different dispatchers, 2 requests to speak to a supervisor, 1 supervisor who actually responded (useless) -- and we are still waiting. Apparently, no servicer picked up the first or second dispatch calls. Would never have known that no one was ever going to show up had we not called back multiple times. Was told by the last agent that it is a "known problem" with their dispatching. Still not sure someone is actually going to show up for this THIRD call. Ordered a booster battery from Amazon which might arrive before than AAA at this point. UPDATE: Booster battery was indeed delivered first.
