The youngest member of our local host family has declared it her favorite toy store in Ann Arbor. Grandparents beware, have a settled upon spending limit before entering. In the past I have purchased baby gifts for others and treats for a toddler. Today the perfect selection was found after a great deal of deliberation and calculations. The store is well stocked with stuffed animals so a baby goat was selected since we had just visited some earlier at White Lotus Farm. And a great beginner reader was also chosen. Our hosts needed some baby gifts for friends, and those they chose, looked great! Selections are beautifully displayed, the staff is friendly and helpful. Quality of everything we saw was excellent.

We were impressed and found a lot of games that we were interested in. Unfortunately, when you have little kids the gaming time can be a few and far in between especially when other adult adults are also busy. I'm so glad that we have this local gem so that when we are in a less busy season we can invest in some really fun stuff. They have lots of DND material. My kids really like the game Everdell and there were lots of expansions and supportive materials for the game. As you can expect, it's pretty pricey. I'm surprised there are still able to keep their doors open with places like Amazon. If you're looking for any kind of game or suggestion, I would suggest stopping in because everyone seems very knowledgeable. They have lots of comic books and trading card type games, party games, stuffed animals, and pretty much every kind of niche item a gamer could want. After discussing this on the phone, he agreed to partially refund me for the hardship. Several months later, I dropped the fake card off and he texted me to deny that he sold me the card but that he would "honor the $7 store credit offer". Notably, this is not the remedy we agreed upon on the phone. It is unfortunate that after spending a significant amount of money at this store, I have been met with such dishonest behavior. I write this review only to warn shoppers to be careful of what they buy. If hardship may occur, do not depend on Rich to make you whole. You will be disappointed.
