I called them up again recently to install some trim coil on a porch overhang and they did a very good job. While they were here, I requested a quote for some additional work. Received the quote at the end of September and one of the owners said he would get to me in a couple of weeks. Arrangements were made for them to come out to do the work during the middle part of October. I sent a text the night before they were supposed to arrive and requested to postpone the work due to the fact that it had been raining all week and was going to be all muddy and messy outside (as a courtesy to them). I mentioned of getting back together once it was all dry again. Well, today, an entire month later, I get a call from one of the co-owners (John) offering to do the work we spoke about nearly two months ago. His excuse for just now getting back in touch with me - they have been busy and I turned them away -- which I didn't - simply requested a delay to the rain that was going on that week. He proceeded to tell me that he didn't need my headache and that I could find someone else to do the work. His tone to me as a paying customer was egregious and completely out of line! Not to mention he sounded like he had smoked two packs of cigarettes a day for the past 40 years. We parted ways and I told him what he could do. In my opinion, these guys didn't want the work in the first place because it wasn't going to be a big enough money job. Yet again, it is so hard to find people to pay to do work for you around here! I will find someone else who truly values their customers and doesn't call them a 'smartass' on the phone!

They claimed a lifetime warranty on their tint but still wanted a "security deposit" to replace it after arguing back and forth with me. A couple years later, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to help me with an audio issue. They charged me $105 for 35 minutes of "labor" and told me my subs were blown and that they needed to redo my whole sound system (Upwards of $600). I told them no thanks so they just threw my subs back in the backseat without rewiring them and also stripped a screw on my amp. I ended up finding the issue myself which was just a disconnection in the wiring under my carpet. Do not go here Unless you like wasting time and money.
