They had exactly what we were looking for. Harvey explained rental requirements and an hour later we left his lot with a truck. The rental process was quick and easy. We returned the truck the next morning and the retiring process was just as easy. So easy in fact that I was a bit worried that I'd get to work late since we arrived later than planned but Harvey had us out within minutes and I even made it to work early!! We rented the 12' stake-bed truck with a lift gate. The truck was in excellent condition and the lift was easy to operate. We will definitely be coming back when it's time to rent a truck again.

I was told by Adam the tent was fully cleaned but we found trash inside. Some floss, gum wrapped in paper and some chapstick. This is a side business from his automotive main business so there was a long wait for the install and removal of the tent. It definitely served its purpose but definitely not worth the price.

Generator would only work in small spurts, so there was no back up a/c available while traveling. Fridge never got cold, had to keep ice in it to keep food cold. When I reach out no one returns a phone call. Now they've had my deposit for over a week and no one answers the phone or calls me back. Don't risk your family's vacation to these people! Bait and switch, horrible customer service.
