She excused herself right away saying my hair may not look like the picture I showed her because I wasn't doing a full set of highlights. She specializes in blondes and I left the salon with dark hair! Also, she wanted to discuss pricing with me. I've never had a stylist discuss pricing. Not classy. She quoted me nearly double than what booking online and the front desk confirmed for a partial highlight with toner. The stylist mentioned a third component she might have to charge me for but only 8/10 times she has to do this component. I left paying a fourth quote. After she blew me out I mentioned that my hair was darker than I thought it would be and she said after a few washes it would fade. I didn't complain further and left. When I got home I was really upset and unhappy. I called the salon to see if maybe she could just fix the toner because I didn't want to have to re do the highlights. She gave me a run around but then agreed. She put me back on with the receptionist who said I would have to pay for a blow out. That's when I said forget it! Absolutely disgusting. Won't be going here again.

I was pleased with the feature that let me choose my preferred stylist- as I can now book my appointments with the same hair professional. On the note of professionals, with a little bit of research online I could tell that the stylists here meant business. In my experience, they will give you tips and advice for managing your new look- as well as an estimate for when your next appointment should be. It is important you know what style you want before you go however, as you may need a consultation if you don't. That is a separate product/appointment that they offer.
