Beautiful deities and very blissful environment. I would highly recommend this temple.

What can I say, this is place feels like home to me. Making a weekly visit is compulsory and usually means a long walk from home, listening to Bhagavatham or Bhajans during the walk so the entire visit becomes a pilgrimage in itself. I enjoy the low key lighting, the sublime and soft bhajan, and of course, staring at my dearest friend, companion, guide, and Lord Krishna. I like how it's quiet and not too crowded. The 8-9pm Damodarashtakam lights off ritual during the month of Karthika feels ethereal. There's an option for devotees to render service in the kitchen or around the temple. Indeed this is my second home. read more

We were "forced" to donate $51 on the event day of Janmastami without which we were forbidden to leave the premises of the temple by a woman. I used to often visit the temple that time and often donated money in the hundi. The forced donation felt like an unethical practice. It's wasn't a big amount but we felt like being mugged. We went to the temple for some peaceful moment with god and we gave the money without much fuss. Please revisit the attitude of the people you approve as volunteers. With all due respect to the almighty, certain volunteers who help you make the integrity of your organization is questionable. read more

very nice temple , but lack feeling of welcome by staff folks. sometimes temple is locked beyond opening hour & prople have to return. no one picks the phone if you call. No clear sign if prasadam is avaiable for visiting folks. could be run much better. I wish Mgmt review these things and make it better, so more folks come & get lord's blessing. read more

We have visited this temple a few times; twice during Krishna Jayanthi and once during a weekend. The temple gets very crowded especially on auspicious days like Krishna Jayanthi. This year (2013), the Krishna Jayanthi was grandiose and very well-organized. At 8.30pm, there was a long line outside the temple, waiting to see the deity. Luckily, the line moves quick (the volunteers help with that) and after passing the prayer hall it led to the parking lot nearby where food was served. Servings are generous and there were booths where you can register to receive their newsletters. I got a beautiful picture of Krishna and Balaram from one of the booths. My only gripe about visiting the temple during Krishna Jayanthi is obviously the insane crowd and the fact that I actually got to see the deity for just 2 minutes after standing in a line for 30minutes. I wasn't entirely satisfied. But definitely take a visit on other days to get a peaceful experience. Some of their events during weekends are well-worth the visit and most of the time they have prasadham. read more

I really like this temple. The temple is so neat and they maintain it properly. I gained lot of spritual knowledge in the past few months. I become a regular devottee and spend much of my week end hours in this place. My kids are learning kirtans, dance and music from the expert trainers during the week ends. Kids most enjoyable place i can say. Since it is Krishna temple, lot of kids like this place - another brindavan in sunnyvale. I celebrated my kids' birthday here. Evening snacks before party and dinner were served to all. Few foods I bought from outside and rest all prepared here. The dinner feast was awesome ! - as commented out by my friends and their family. Overall - high 5's - a best place to workship. read more

Beautiful temple with a sublime ambience. The volunteers at the temple are very courteous and are definitely working hard to ensure that regular events are conducted at the temple. I was there with my husband and son for the Vaikunta Ekadesi occasion and I think that the temple volunteers conducted the event smoothly and in keeping with the prior announced time schedule.They are getting a large devotee following and so will have to make accommodations to host a large gathering in a limited space during busy festivals. read more

Based on the famous Hare Rama Hare Krishna ISKCON fame. Pleasantly surprised to find this new mandir come up in Sunnyvale. My first visit today, attended the Janmashtmi celebrations. Very well organized, great job by volunteers. Prasad is awesome. The priest singing the bhajans has very soothing voice. This is going to be my place of worship from now on. Loved the idea of playing the little Krishna story on a big TV in English for the kids and anyone interested. Enjoyed the movie while having the delicious prasad. What a lovely way to rejoice Janmashtami, excellent performances to be more specific the classical dance was wonderfully narrated by the dancer, she was so into every verse of the song and it felt like she was holding a baby krishna in her hand. Lots of tiny tots dressed as krishna and radhe their dance performance was super super cute. Volunteers are busy keeping the guests organized and things as per schedule, also they were very courteous. I heard there were around 4000 people during last year celebrations and this year was nothing less. The idols of gods were super beautiful and i just cudnt take my eyes of it. Generous portions of prasad and were guiding people to parking lot . With even 1000s around the place dint feel chaotic at all. They distributed free copies of The Perfection of Yoga, and a fridge magnet and I couldn't have asked for more from my visit. It was a divine luxury. read more

Very beautiful deities with very serene ambience. The kirtans and prasadam are out of the world.

This is an amazing,beautiful and serene place. The Deities are very beautiful. I feel relaxed and nice to be at this temple. Kirtans are awesome. My mind was pleasant listening to those kirtans. The atmosphere is splendid. They also started certain activities including dance classes, South Indian & North Indian music classes and much more on Sundays. I assure you, it will be a great experience visiting this temple and I recommend it to anyone who wishes to have a peaceful prayer,listen to beautiful kirtans and some good food. A MUST VISIT TEMPLE!!!! read more

Very well maintained temple and they follow all rituals religiously. Excellent service and they conduct lots of programs during the weekend and serve great Prasad. They also rent out the hall for small religious functions. Volunteers are simply awesome in rendering their service. Ambience is very conducive and peaceful. clean, clean, clean! This temple, AFAIK is an branch of Bangalore ISKCON temple. You will not find a cleaner temple in the Bay Area. Also unlike other traditional Hindu temples, the staff is a person who has dedicated his/her life to the movement, foregoing salary/comfort/material wealth etc. The person is also highly educated. This is quite different from staff of other temples who are engaged in this as a profession , and live house holder life and must support a family etc (just like us devotees). Nothing wrong with that - just like we try to be the best or do our best in our job, they may also be. But definitely there is a difference when the staff is a (for life) dedicated spiritual aspirant. read more

I was in the temple yesterday for the Janamashtmi puja as my wife was volunteering here. She has volunteered here before but it was the first time for me. I thoroughly enjoyed the puja there, the morning started with singing bhajans and many devotees dancing to them. I also loved working with other volunteers. Everyone is very friendly and devoted which makes it a great experience. Although, I only volunteered for a few hours, I felt very "satisfied" and would love to get a chance to work again. Zero Stars from me! Rating less than that zero would be more appropriate rating for this temple... Visited this temple today and had a bad experience. They claim themselves to be a temple, but do not have minimum courtesy and respect. They do not really practice what they preach. The treatment you get from the management would depend on the amount of Donation you pay. If you are looking for peace and tranquility stay away from this place and there are lot's of better options. Do not fall prey for their teachings. They don't follow what they teach. read more

Beautiful small temple with amazing Krishna and Balarama murthis. But the facility should be kept cleaner and not have spills all over. One can hardly walk on the carpet without stepping on sweets and dropped food. So sad to see that they don't keep the holy place cleaner. No fault of God in that so giving GOD a 5 star. The kitchen is always smelling of smoke which enters the temple frequently. It's such a small temple so one would expect they would follow stricter hygiene guidelines. read more

Very Pleasant experience visiting KB Mandir/ ISKCON. Krishna n Balaram are just ADORABLE. I Was visiting the temple every now n then. Felt like am at home with the volunteers warm welcome n courtesy. Clean n beautiful premises. Sweet bhajans makes entire place so spiritual. Srila Prabhupada's Murty at the entrance before visiting the lordship, seems to be like a lion guarding them. Delicious vegetarian Prashadam completes the whole experience of visiting a beautiful place. I am content :) read more

We were blessed by Lord Krishna & Balram to be associated with this temple. We have been visiting the temple since 2014. And the temple has become a integral part of our lives. All the devotees, volunteers are courteous, dedicated in serving Krishna. Temple became our second home and all the devotees were our extended family. I could enjoy the bliss, while immersing in the Lords Darshan and Keertans. Krishna blessed me with the opportunity to voluntary on few of the occasions.
