Long story short--He came to look at my dishwasher and showed up on time and it happened to be right after I had called 911 because I thought my dryer was about to catch on fire. Fire dept could not find a hot spot so they blamed it on my dryer belt. George checked the belt and showed me it was totally fine! He could have easily replaced the belt and charged me. I would have put the dryer back in the house and potentially had a fire. He gave me a number for a guy to come take care of my vents. Highly recommend!

Hunter called back fairly quickly and was willing to come at the end of his day, even though he was already booked. He called before he came (early). He was polite and professional, yet friendly. Knew his business and left , telling me there was a possibility that he might need to return to charge the unit with Freon as it was late and he couldn't wait for the unit to thaw out. When I mentioned that in the past my freezer just needed Freon, everyone else told me it probably needed more work than that. Not Cesar. He was at my house within an hour.
