In April they repaired our refrigerator now the refrigerator is doing the same thing that needed to be repaired back in April when I called and asked him about it they told me that the parts were only warranty for 60 days I am so disappointed because I have done some research in most companies offer a Year's warranty on the parts. read more

Terrible customer service and communication. Technician didn't order the correct part, and blamed homeowner for knowledge of it when questioned about additional part ordering delays. Left washer in several pieces and stormed out. This was after showing up an hour after the service window ended. 3 weeks later, still left without a working washer. DO NOT RECOMMEND! read more

After dealing with my home warranty service over the last two months, I came across this appliance repair service because they were assigned to our work order. To be clear, AR Appliance Repair is not affiliated with the warranty service, other than as one of their contractors. Unlike the previous repair companies, once I scheduled the service, AR Appliance Repair sent me an automated reminder text and linked me to a repair status/tech progress website on the day of the repair. It allowed me to track the progress of the repair person on a map and gave me their estimated time of arrival. The tech arrived within the promised repair window and promptly began his diagnosis. Apparently, a very simple component of the oven's heating system was out of order and the repair was done in approximately 30 minutes or so. The repair person (owner) explained the problem, made the repair, took my payment and he was on his way. This was a great surprise after the runaround from the warranty service. If I could give them zero or even negative stars, I certainly would. Unfortunately, the lowest rating available is just 1 star, which feels far too generous given my terrible experience with this company. First, the representative failed to show up on the scheduled day, which was already disappointing. They promised to call me back to reschedule but never followed through. We specifically informed them that no one would be home if they arrived before 1 pm the next day. Despite this clear communication, the technician arrived at 12:25 pm, completely disregarding my instructions. When I called to address the situation and try to find a solution, instead of being helpful, the technician became confrontational. They immediately started yelling, making excuses, and shifting the blame onto me for the scheduling mix-up. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional, and to make matters worse, the appliance is still not repaired. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company at all costs. UPDATE: Additionally, they are SCAMMERS--attempting to bill my home warranty company for work they claimed to have completed but never actually did. read more

My dryer stopped running, so I called AR Appliance Repair. I was able to make an appointment that week. The technician diagnosed that the motor was non-functioning. He gave me an estimate for a new motor. Although he had to order it, it arrived a few days later and he installed it. The quote was a good deal. I am delighted with his service and would call them again. This is the second time I used their service. read more

The owner came for our scheduled appointment right on time. As soon as he saw our refrigerator he already knew what the problem was. It is a flaw with our side by side Maytag refrigerator with the wiring. He fixed the wiring without any promise of our ice maker working. But, after he left our ice maker began working.
