He pointed out all the areas they could be getting into the house and recommended ways to deter the mice and prevent them from getting in. He was very kind and extremely helpful and ended up saving us a ton of money. We're currently renting but will be buying at the end of the year and will 100% be returning to Jesse and Truly Nolen for our monthly pest control needs.

All the exits were blocked, problem treated, and they even followed up with a sanitation visit at the end. The same technicians did our visits week to week which was great. We haven't had a problem since and will come continue to use them for all of our pest control needs. Highly recommend.

Our place is not ready to be rented yet, but I am going to call these folks back, based on my conversation with them. They took their time to talk through with me some issues re: having a vacation rental property at the beach - what kind/color linens to buy? who makes the best renters (who typically does the least damage to rental property). reasons to not rent our place for just a single night (how to prevent our property from becoming a party house). I think I've thought through a lot of issues, but some that we discussed I had not thought of. I REALLY appreciate their taking their time to talk to a total stranger. These folks have been doing this a while and they know their stuff and sound like true professionals to me. I am excited to be at a place in the future where I can make use of their services.

They got melted candle wax off my floor the 1st time they came, and I did not even ask them to do it. They got rust stains off the hardwood floor today..dusted. cleaned my front 2 windows, mopped THEN waxed my hardwood floors. They don't just clean the tubs they POLISH them. Never have my baths looked so beautiful!!! They are efficient in every way. They cleaned all my leather furniture and I left and had a lovely lovely lunch, went grocery shopping and came home to heaven!! I highly recommend these 2 wonderful women to help you get your home in order. I am so happy I have found someone I can trust and I actually feel I could trust them with my life as well as my home. I asked about it and cancelled my service. This is the VERY unprofessional response I got when I told them I was going to get another company: "Great for you, but that's not the way we work. I hope everything goes fantastic with them!! Have a great weekend!!" Do yourself a favor and go with someone else...my small yard is NOT worth $50 per mow. I'm also attaching the screenshots of me saying I'll pay the final invoice and me asking to move to bi-weekly with no mention of a price increase.

Railing is beautiful and sturdy. Nice quality materials and workmanship. They were very responsive to any concerns I had. I'm happy to have another resource in Galveston!
