I am only giving 1 star because it won't allow you to give 0. This place has the absolute WORST…read morecustomer service, it is basically nonexistent! You can't get anyone to call or email you back. We waited WEEKS just for a quote on windows, not even custom! Still have not received a quote. We have ordered windows and doors elsewhere and will have them next week and probably still won't have a quote from QBS! It seems that unless you are a big time contractor they don't give you the time of day! The little guys are what made your business and you seem to have forgotten that! Shame on you QBS!!! Oh and your new billboard is an eyesore!
