Then they tested for Covid and the flu. Waited the 15 minutes to get the results. Then the PA ask what pharmacy I used and we discussed my treatment plan. Every one here was nice and listened to me as I hate being sick.

I was never informed that my insurance was out-of-network at the time of service. Six months later, I received a surprise bill with no explanation of whether it had been submitted to my insurance. When I asked, they said they'd resubmit it--then a month later, I got a revised bill for $300. At the time of service, no Good Faith Estimate was provided, which violates the No Surprises Act. When I raised this with the billing department, I was told I had to pay because I signed an agreement--regardless of their legal obligation to inform me. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied. I followed up via email and was ignored. This is not how patients should be treated. If you value transparency, respect, and the ability to voice concerns, I strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere--preferably at a location that honors your rights, addresses your concerns. When patients are ignored and denied clear cost estimates for their care, it sends a troubling message about how little their concerns matter. It is true but this has nothing to do with medical reports but a simple incorrect billing rectification.
