Since we thought the issue was one in which we would just need to replace the face of the skimmer box, we took it off. Come to find out, Bob did not account for stretching the water in the pool would have on the liner, so the liner now sags so low we can not put the skimmer face back on. Even after all of this, I called to have a discussion about how we could repair it and Bob's starts off the conversation with it is not his problem. However, when I explained that I was going to consider paying to have him fix the issue, he became more receptive to having a discussion. His action in how he deals with customers is not one that I would want other people to experience.

I waited a few days. In the business world, if you make a commitment to a customer you follow up. If you can't do the job, a dealer should have the courtesy to return the request and state that you are unable to give an estimate for whatever reason but thanks for thinking of us.

I decided to call a pool liner installer and suggested I call her to get a liner and he would install it. Again made a call and never heard back. I finally ordered my own liner, cove foam and bottom pad. It's now days later and still no contact from Christina or anyone from EZ test pools trying to help. A return call from the first time asking about this would have eliminated this review and the legwork just to get a pool liner and have it installed or guide me to someone who could help. ​

I waited nearly three weeks for my initial appointment. I was told I would receive an email the day before to confirm the appointment and a text message on the day of the appointment with my arrival time. Neither of those happened. After waiting most of the day, I finally emailed around 3:00 p.m. to ask if they were still coming. Only then was I told that they had decided not to come because of the weather. I completely understand that weather can affect appointments, but I would have expected someone to proactively call, text, or email me to let me know instead of leaving me waiting all day. They asked if I could reschedule for the following day. I replied that I wasn't available then but could do the day after or over the weekend. I never received a response. The next day, I had to follow up again to ask if there was an update. I was then told they were fully booked on Friday and Saturday, with the next available appointment being the following Tuesday. What was most frustrating was that there didn't seem to be any effort to prioritize customers whose appointments had been cancelled due to the weather. I understand that schedules change, but good communication and customer service go a long way. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling like my time wasn't valued. They may be good at what they do, but unfortunately I'll never know because we never got that far. Their communication and overall customer service practices need significant improvement. I prefer to work with businesses that value their customers' time and make communication a priority.

Yelp ap pop up there I found AQRS Contractors pools service. Hopeful, my 1st phone call to make an apt AQRS was friendly, informative and so supportive. AQRS family team showed up on time 5/5/2026. They all work together like a groomed assembly. No sales pitch.... any of my worn out pool parts, they had available on the truck , my choice if wanted to replace the part. They kept me informed of the whole pool opening service AQRS after only 1 hr 45 min. finished and they left my property clean and neat. They reviewed what to do to maintain, and they are always a call away. I knew the cost of opening pool service @ time I booked the 1st apt.
