Have to say, one of the worst companies and customer service to deal with. I purchased lines for my car, installed them and the lines leaked. I removed the lines and to my surprise the flared ends were deformed, thus causing the leakage. I contacted the company and notified them of the issue, they responded asking to send photos, which I did... Never heard back from them. I contacted my CC company and initiated a dispute. Unfortunately my CC company ruled in their favor stating that they had sent out replacement parts and I notified them of having received the parts. Which was an outright lie... So if you want to purchase lines from this company, buyer beware as they will not honor their warranty. read more

Their fittings do not match the ones from your car. Wrong adaptors etc. Ford focus uses 11mm long , they send 3/8 short, their answer is that you have to replace ALL of your lines. No refunds, no help, no compromise. Zero star, don't waste your $$ here, go to car store and get the correct parts and bend the tubes yourself. read more

Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. As the rest of the reviews have stated, this company does not conduct business in an upfront manner. They put misleading info under the product descriptions. I ordered Trans Lines, and in the description it states: "All lines come Pre-Bent and flared With the Correct Threaded Fittings which reduces your install time tremendously. Our mild steel lines are Galphan coated for added protection." My lines did not come with Fittings, and therefore could not be installed. I brought this up to them, and they said that is a generic description they put across all of their listings and these lines don't come with fittings. They are too lazy to update each listing with the correct info. They decided to not refund my shipping charge. Stay away and order elsewhere, even if you have to pay a bit more. read more

I ordered the QFF0017SS Quick Fix Fuel Kit; Braided Stainless fuel line pair for my GMC and it worked perfectly to replace an old leaking stainless steel fuel line. The customer service was great and normal delivery got it to me in 3-days. The pressure side braided fuel line has two female ends. One end connecting to the fuel manifold and the other connecting to the male end of the plastic tube on top of the fuel tank coming from the tank mounted fuel pump. This braided line is easy to tread through the existing path of the steel line and has plenty of length. It is easy to install once you understand it replaces both the steel fuel line and the plastic line connecting to the end of the steel fuel line. I used a little Vaseline on the male end of the plastic line to make the slip on connection at the fuel tank much easier. I still have the vapor line to replace but it is not an issue at this time and should be no more difficult than the pressure line was to replace. Ss tube has the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with they claim there parts are exactly factory match and they are not always. When you politely try to explain to them what the problem is and what the should be made like they have absolutely no interest in listening to it. The one person that worked there that actually listened to me and was trying to get it straightened out no longer works there in the middle of him getting this taken care of. Put in an order Tuesday night. On Thursday night I sent an email to get a status update and requested a refund if unable to ship Friday. Got a reply explaining things etc. that quite frankly as a customer I don't care, I just want my order and web site didn't inform me they where out of stock. FineLines/SStubes.com/Quality Reproductions is a fly-by-night business, not in it for the long haul. I purchased a set of lines that their website stated fit my truck. They would not honor a return after 30 days, even though the lines had not been out of the plastic they shipped in. When I called to get an RMA, I was met with a very rude representative, who refused to honor a return. I'm convinced there's only one person running this business, as each touch-phone option (Sales, Tech support, Purchasing, Cust Service) connects you to the same person. I'm also convinced they do business under three different names to evade negative reviews from catching up with them. When their site recommends the wrong part and the company refuses to take the wrong part back, you have to take your business elsewhere. Plus, they'll simply hang up on you if they don't want to deal with you. I recommend avoiding this company, and buy pre-bent lines from a reputable company instead. Better yet, bend your own lines using NiCopp, which is what I ended up doing (it's easy). read more

I ordered lines for my vehicle and got the wrong lines when I emailed them they provided multiple excuses saying that "there lines arent supposed to look like factory" i tried to have a mechanics shop install these lines anyway the shop said the same thing, they wouldn't fit I was forced to pay for a return label and now they're saying the lines are damaged and wont give me a refund at all now I'm out almost 200 dollars because of their shady business practice this is a terrible company I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. read more

Shipped me the wrong parts, then had an email back and forth which ended in the company not responding at all, they also won't return my calls. They also have a stupid refund policy, if an item is on sale, then it's non refundable.
