The service advisors are friendly, kind, very knowledgeable, professional,efficient and helpful. When I made a slightly critical remark on a survey the service advisor contacted me and we got it cleared up. I've had no problems with what the service done to the vehicle. If I've had to get a regular maintenance done at another Honda service place the folks at Great Lakes Honda have been great about keeping my records up to date. The waiting area has comfortable seating, a television, fresh donuts in the morning, a charging station for your phones, a playroom for kids, a popcorn maker, coffee, and pure water station. I've had to wait each time my car was serviced and though I didn't want to have to wait for two or more hours at the place of business the waiting area made it manageable.
