Autozone gave a nod to Jordan's, so I had my wife pull me and my 2004 Cavalier up to an open bay. They took it in right away and gave me a quote. He replaced the fuel pump twice but still no go. After talking with an expert, Wael (pronounced like the letters YL) came to the conclusion that my dead fuel pump had somehow fried the computer--$400+ dealer only repair. But that diagnosis didn't sit well with him, so after closing, Wael called 2 buddies and they spent until 10 pm going over every related wire. To my great relief he called the next morning and said they'd found 2 bad wires and the car was running fine! He only charged me 1 extra hour of labor. That's what I call going the extra mile!
