Unfortunately -I must give them a very negative review. I…read morehave asked them numerous times to assist me in replacing a live-in caregiver who has created a very toxic environment for us. The caregiver constantly manipulates the family against each other in order to get his way. Every time I try to replace him the agency interferes and ignores my requests even though I am the one hired them and I am the one who pays the caregiver who I dislike immensely. I should not have to be a situation where I am forced to keep a caregiver that I dislike. They don't return my phone calls and they ignore my requests to get a different caregiver. Instead of working with me to replace this caregiver who has created an extremely toxic environment, the agency will go behind my back and reach out to another family member who has very little to do with the caregiving, is easily manipulated and it results in arguments about replacing the caregiver. I don't want a caregiver who is only in it for the money and who does not have patients wellbeing in mind. I constantly have to step in and make sure the patient is being cared for. I should be allowed to replace a caregiver that I have no trust in. The caregiver should not be in charge and the agency should not be in charge. Thay have made a difficult situation even more difficult by pitting family members against each other. I dislike them immensely. Be careful

It…read morewas not only a very rough time for all of us, but unimaginably so for my Grandmother who was married to my Grandfather for 66+ years and by his bedside every moment for the past 2 years he was sick. My Grandmother is 87 and is one of the most amazing caretakers in the world, she always puts others her needs before herself and has dedicated her life to caring for her family. She was very worried when she found out that she needed help at home caring for my Grandfather as she had heard so many terrible stories about home care aids from friends and other family members. When the decision was made to use visiting angels and have them come to help her she was worried yet beyond impressed once she met the aides that came to help out and keep her company. All of them took such care of my Grandfather as though he was part of their family. They were extremely professional, caring, humble, helpful, dedicated, empathetic, very patient, kind, and truly cared. My Grandmother felt like they were part of the family and trusted them wholeheartedly. During this very difficult time they were there providing support and laughter to our entire family even at the end. They went above and beyond, were wonderful company and some of the most inspiring and compassionate people I have ever met. A very special thank you to Elaine and Richard, you are both such amazing people and we truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Sincerely, Tintle Family

In-home pediatric physical therapy was a HUGE help. They helped our son rediscover his tongue and helped loosen up his neck, shoulders, and back. They were safe with masks and gloves while still being personal and warm. There was also a great blend of in-person services and exercises/activities we could do at home to support his recovery.

We started working with Dr Tadros when he was about 7 weeks old... by 10 weeks my son was able to latch and was receiving most of his at home meals directly from me vs the bottle. When he was using the bottle, he was much more efficient and we weren't losing most of my pumped milk to his shirt! We've now been working together for 3 months and his head shape has drastically improved and he's stronger than ever -- he just loves tummy time! She also has given us tons of advice for at-home activities, toys and other supports. I'm actually not sure what we'd do at home with our kids, if it wasn't for her guidance. We're now working with Dr Tadros to help our daughter (they're twins) with some muscle tightness and feeding issues. At 16 weeks my daughter finally learned to latch, her clicking while on the bottle has stopped, and like her brother, she's much more efficient while feeding from the bottle. I can't recommend Dr Tadros enough. She has been a Godsend to our family!
