I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

Alterations are sent out, so I always make sure to pin myself and send it pinned so they know the length I need. The Mulberry tag on one shirt stated it was a jacket but the other shirt was taged a shirt which is correct. Per Hubert the mgr., the cost of a jacket is $19 - and the shirt is $6. A $13 difference. He said he would be making an adjustment on the cost of the items I was dropping off that day. Two days later when I went to pick up my new order there was no credit applied to the order. I asked if there was a credit in my profile and the clerk said there was not. That total was $26. I left a message for Hubert to call me. When he called he tried to explain that the credit had been applied. The cost of this last order for a suit jacket and a pair of pants was: Jacket $15.48, pants $11.99. Total with coupon and tax is $25.76. My expectation was for a $13 adjustment which is the amount of the over charge from the previous order. I requested a callback from the owner/ operator of this Mulberry location in Roseville,MN. Still waiting.

I went to get my bridesmaid dress trimmed and hemmed and was calling around other tailors to have it done before I had to fly out. This place was the quickest to have it done and for a fair price! The owner was also very nice to me and explain a lot of the process as she was taking measurements and made sure it was to the length I wanted even with heels on.
