The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

I'm not opposed to paying premium for "elite" service, but that's not exactly what I got. Brought in a few winter coats that needed cleaning. They got the job done (took almost a week), including a blood stain on one coat (you should have seen the other guy!). Yet when I put on the coat the next day I noticed that all the buttons on my jacket were very lose, and not a day later did one fall off. I don't plan on returning.

I'm so glad a coworker told me they did wedding dresses as their pricing is much more reasonable than other places in the cities and it came back clean and in a nice box, ready to be stored for years to come. I also sent my veil with my dress that was clean and in the box with my dress. My train had gotten dirty from dancing but was clean and free of stains and the top of my dress smelt clean and free of any sweat, hair spray, etc. I'll definitely recommend them for any future brides that I know!

One thing is for sure - they are consistent. Bad attitude! Terrible customer service and they don't seem to care when there are problems caused by their poorly managed and poorly trained staff. Consistently have lost, burned, or ruined several pieces of clothing and treat you like a criminal if you try to talk about restitution for the item that THEY RUINED. The 3rd time they ruined stuff was when my husband misunderstood the cleaners for our drop off. Nearby is Edina Cleaners which we now use and LOVE. He accidentally dropped off at Prestige and they LOST our item. When I called them about it - after leaving empty handed at pick up and they were supposed to call us... they never called. Finally they called and said they would deliver the item and then never did. We went and picked it up and I did not pay them. Never again. They completly ruined an $80 blouse 3 of my husbands work shirts were burned in several places. Several shirts had the most blatant iron/press creases in places on the shirt that should of been smooth. It was like they went out of their way to NOT CARE what they were doing or what they PUT IN WRAP FOR PICK-UP. Blugh. Really bad.
