The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

I think they are good but I have noticed a lot of my linen clothes coming back with lint balls. I am not sure if I would like to give cashmere or linen clothes cause o feel it needs a different service & care. It's at a convenient location & they do have parking.

She repaired large off-seam rips in expensive yoga pants and they look fantastic - $17 for the repair vs $120 for a new pair of pants. At times she has told me - "I'm not set up to do this job, but you can take it to XYZ shop and they can help,", which I appreciate. She is professional and I think she does pretty much everything on her own, so if you feel like she isn't being nice enough, maybe she is just in a hurry to get back to work (to be clear, that's *not* my experience at all). I have a ton of respect for this business and she's watching her grandkids at times to boot to help family.

Long story short: I dropped off a Summer 2025 men's rayon shirt back in August that I bought at Nordstrom in late spring for $219.00. I have worn the shirt exactly two times, to two dinner events, for a total wear time of probably 6 hours. Both times, as I always do, I requested when I dropped off my cleaning that my rayon shirts be dry cleaned, not laundered, because laundering can abrade the yarn texture of rayon. The first time, I dropped it off at Mulberry's and everything was perfect. The second time, however, the shirt came back badly mangled. There were discolorations and abrasions across the front and back of the shirt; it had been badly pressed and the collar was misshapen; and the colors had transferred badly, so that what used to be white had turned a dirty, ugly grey. When I brought this up to the manager, I was given a weeks-long run-around of avoided calls and long delays that finally terminated, in November, with a long winded report claiming that the manufacturer of the garment, not Mulberry's, is responsible for damaging the garment because their care label was incorrect! I worked in the garment industry in NY and LA for more than a decade, at Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, and several other well known brands, and I know what I am taking about when I am evaluating a garment: This shirt was badly mangled by a garment care team that not only does not understand fine textiles, but that also DOES NOT LISTEN to customers' own directions and preferences about their garments. Then, to make matters worse, Mulberry's obfuscates their accountability with a long-winded technical report that has obviously been engineered to manipulate me into believing that a leading menswear designer is responsible for Mulberry's incompetence. The Edina store manager offered to let me come by and pick my shirt up, but it's completely unwearable, I therefore have no need for it, and I will never enter another Mulberry's facility again. If you don't want to find yourselves in a similar situation, I recommend that you take your garments elsewhere.
