When I picked up the quilt, the quilting was done well but the pattern was not the one I selected. The error was caused by the store. (The pattern book did not match the pattern in the quilting machine.) The person I spoke to was very apologetic but no refund was offered. I am beyond disappointed that my vision for this special gift was not realized.

You can't get lost in there without someone checking in on you and offering help. Their 'side room' is basically a blank canvas at the time. I'm sure it will grow and expand over time.
