I was a walk in so I do have to say they were very kind and accommodating and were able to fit an eye brow wax for me in their schedule and I hardly waited 10 min. Unfortunately, after the wax, my skin over my eyes was burning more than usual but I thought it would go away as it usually does. In about an hour it didn't get better and today I woke up with these red spots and my skin really hurts. I'm not allergic to anything and my skin is not extra sensitive and I've been waxing my eye brows for many years and it's the first time this happens to me.

She is wonderful and one of the main reasons I've stayed. The front desk seems to have constant issues with its system. I've signed up for both text and email appointment reminders, but I never receive them despite mentioning it multiple times. In fact, today I called to confirm my appointment since I hadn't received a reminder, and I was told I didn't even have one scheduled. Thankfully, they had a later opening available. The front desk experience is also very inconsistent. Some staff members are incredibly kind and helpful, while others seem like they don't want to be there. If the office could resolve the ongoing technical issues and provide more consistent customer service, I would gladly give it five stars.
