This place is less of an antique store and more of a time-travel experiment that someone forgot to shut down. My first time in, I hit an aisle with a plethora of Little People figurines; many that my siblings and I had as children. I was immediately hit with a wave of nostalgia so strong, I half expected my childhood self to run past me! I was in for what felt like just a little while, but it was at least over an hour and a half - and I don't even think I saw every booth! The place goes on and on, with cases and shelves and tables and more. Just when you think you've seen it all, additional treasures await. What else? Love this hidden strip mall antique mall out in St. Peters. Loads of booths with a nice glass case selection in the rear. They do well at keeping this place clean and the staff are super helpful if you need to bring large furniture out to your car, just ask for a cart n they will get you loaded up in moving. Found this gem close to home. A place that feels like a never ending collection of antiques and trinkets. Large parking lot out front with plenty of parking. Open 10am-6pm we arrived right as they opened and the store filled in fast. I found a few clubs, mugs and this very unique furniture oil. Made it out around $134.00 and happy with everything. Prices decent and they will hold items at the register as you shop. Carl waited on me. She was pleasant and busy. I was not asked if I had or was interested in setting up an account as I had heard the others at the registers. Shame because I just moved here. Would have been nice to have. read more

I have been to a bunch of antique stores, and this one is for real. Huge. Organized. REALLY organized. All kinds of hidden treasures. Prices are good, and there is plenty to look choose from. Nicely curated and each little booth has a small theme. Clean and clean well-staffed. If you are looking for vinyl, there are some absolute finds here. read more

Good selection of vendors but poor customer service. If youre looking for taxidermy its all NFS. Just display for the store. kinda strange in my opinion. Asked front desk about it and they were pretty rude and dismissive as they had their friends there to chat to instead of helping a customer. read more

The selection is very eclectic. It's a very large crowded antique mall. Definitely can find some treasures if you search. Value-wise the prices are a wide range. A huge place with four different galleries, but we were successful in navigating through it all in one trip! Prices were a little high compared to other Antique Malls in the area, but everyone is sure to find something up their antique alley. A great spot for large furniture items because of the massive amounts of floor space, and a great spot for local sports collectors. read more

We haven't been here in years but stopped by when we were in town visiting family. They have expanded and it is very clean with a good selection and good prices. I go here maybe 2 - 3 times a year. A nice variety of items, with many price points. Most booths and cases are nicely arranged, with not much junk. YAY! It's not hard to find a bargain here. Several booths have sales - if I see a booth with 40 or 50% off, I'm more apt to spend more time to see if there's something I want. There are basically 4 sections - I advise you to take a piece of paper and pencil (they have them at the entrance) and mark down what you are interested in with the price (and any sale) as well as the booth or case number. If you are buying more than a couple of items, I recommend paying more than once as it's hard to keep track if you were charged the correct price. (I've had issues with them before over this!) They pull the tags off quickly and keep them, so you really have no reference when you leave other than your receipt if you were charged the wrong price. I paid 3 times yesterday so I could keep track of the 19 items I bought - took each purchase to the car (after cross-checking my receipt with my list) and came back in and hit the next section. The staff is basically friendly, expecially a youngish woman with brown shoulder length hair. There is one sourpuss lady with a pronounced limp who was quite rude and downright obnoxious. I have no patience with asses like this who can't even pretend to be pleasant to a customer. A great way to spend a morning or afternoon. Wear comfortable shoes. read more

This place isn't much to look at from the outside, but it's really quite large. There's a really large show room and two smaller rooms. We didn't even finish looking at everything and we were there for over an hour. It's got the typical antique mall items, but is more organized than most I've been to. I was able to pick up this cool cast iron corn muffin pan where each muffin is shaped like a corn cob. Very cool. read more

Here are the star awards: * plenty of easy parking and access to doors for pick up. *they stay on their people to avoid clutter and chaos. *very knowledgeable staff: I asked for and obscure item, the lady took me right to it. *willing to go with you to the stall for the heavier items (caveat: they, like many others, will not lift or move items but were happy to help me clear the way) *happy to call for an offer on a high dollar item. As with other malls, they cannot really control how the vendors price. Most of the stalls are quite reasonable. As in other malls, if you see a ridiculously up-priced item, just move on. read more

At first try I had somewhat high hopes, being that St. Charles Antique Mall is associated with several other of the finer, consistently reasonably priced antique malls in the area like Warson Woods. I hate to leave a somewhat negative review, but after repeat tries, I've had several underwhelming experiences at this place and wish they would bring up their standards a bit. Sure, it's just an antiques mall, not a boutique, but may as well make the best of things and show a little more respect for the potential and repeat customer. The best thing I can say is that about 1/4 of the sellers have great stuff priced at or above what it is worth in the books. Saint Charles Antique Mall is not a terribly fun place to shop in my experience. The people who worked there were very rude to me and other customers, except for one nice younger guy who seemed to be doing all the legwork helping customers. I understand the the employees are busy, but repeatedly they have shown no manners or professionalism. Shopping at St. Charles Antique Mall is an experience less nice and civil than going to your local Goodwill I must warn. There is a lot of junk-filler priced too high, the layout of the place is disorganized. The browsing experience doesn't flow very well because sellers stack things haphazardly. A little organization could benefit many of the booths. One plus: some true fine antiques like furniture and 1930s clothing are very nice here, and I'd recommend lovers of the like try out this antiques mall. For smaller or rarer collectibles, especially if you're a knowledgeable and passionate collector, this place is a disappointment. Fantastic Antique Mall! Lot of nice things to find here. I get over to this mall maybe 3 or 4 times a year and always find what I'm looking for. But there are issues with this mall. It's not the vendors or staff. The General Manager Carol. I'm not sure what she has against me but people are talking. Carol is the General Manager not the owner for many of the Antique Malls in the area. I've been shopping these malls for years and even had cases in some of them at one time. But last night 11-23-2016 took the cake. I had started shopping in this mall about 2:00 thinking that they would be open until 6:00. Do to Holiday hours they closed early. By 3:30 I had several hundred dollars of items behind the counter that I had found. I knew by this time that they were closing at 4:00. I hurried to the front side of the mall to check out the cases real quick before they closed. I had seen many things that I wanted to buy or look at in the locked cases. I got the attention of a staff worker. I asked if she could unlock a case so I could look at an item. She said sure. But I needed to hurry and get up front so they could start ringing my things up. I said okay. As I was walking up there was another staff worker telling another how I am as a shopper. That I needed to get up there to the counter cause they had to be out of there by 4:00. She continued saying things that Carol told her to do. She was telling here pretty hurtful things that Carol had said about me. Not only I could hear her there were other customers at the counter that could hear as well. After hearing this I had to confront her about what she was saying. After a few minutes she came to the counter and I confronted her. She explained that I do come in late at times to shop. That Carol said that they needed to get me out early so that they could be closed on time. In other words Carol doesn't want anyone on the time clock after 6:00 or whatever time they should be gone. Again I would have bought from several other cases that surely would of made up for any overtime that the mall would have paid to the staff. Thats money out of the vendors pockets. Anyway after I asked her about the things she was saying. She did apologize to me and said that she didn't know I was standing right there. That she was only doing what she was told by Carol. She told me that she really liked me and didn't mean to upset me. I told her that it was okay it wasn't her fault. That Carol has said many things about me and this wasn't the first. I could tell she felt bad. But Carol is the problem here. It's not me. I think the malls that they have would be a much more pleasant place to shop and to sell your things if Carol would just lighten up and stop gossiping about customers. I have over looked the commits for to long now. I feel that I have the right to defend myself. Stop the embarrassment that I feel in front of other customers and all the other staff members. I'm not sure if this has happened to anyone else that shops or sells out of these malls. If there are you should say something about it. Your the customer that keeps the malls going. Carol just runs them. There are several other malls that they don't own in St Louis. But they do have most of the large ones. I have a story about every one that they have, and will post what I have to say about them. Carol should contact me herself if she has things to say. I don't like being in a place if I'm not wanted. I'm reviewing the goods and NOT THE STAFF. Others are spot on with their reviews of the grumpy old manager and her slug boy. I travel extensively around MO & IL's ANTIQUE shops large and small (I'm not interested in Collectables and Crafts) and this is the best large mall around for quality of goods, the way they display and prices. I shop for and have often found here: transfer ware, ironstone china, Empire & Federal furniture, lamps, table linens, architectural artifacts and framed prints & paintings. I agree that I ALWAYS think twice before asking to see something in one of the cases- it's such a hassle. If the price tags are turned up, it's a lucky day! read more

A nice variety of items from furniture to knick-knacks... Something for everyone! I shop here several times a month, as new things seem to come in weekly. A great place to find a unique gift or add to a collection... if you are looking for something specific and don't have time to browse the whole place (it's big!), the staff seems to have a handle on where you can find things in the different booths. read more
