But that's not what I'm writing to you about -- I'm writing because shopping at your store was a great experience! ...from the moment we stepped through the door of Guff and were greeted (by Schroeder) to being assisted with checking out the table/being shown how the drop leafs work (by Schroeder) to paying for the table and a couple of ceramic cups and saucers (the latter just having arrived/but Schroeder looked them up/"no problem") to having our table prepped for pick up (by Paul and Schroeder) to being greeted the next day with a smile (by Paul) to the assist with the table being lifted into the back of our SUV (by Paul) ...it could not have been a better experience!!
