Reminders up until day of just in case you forget along with the pre-paperwork completed online. Their door says open at 7am vs Google maps sites that have 8, so I arrived about 5 minutes before the appointment at 8. Got into the back a bit late, with everything else going as planned. Joan way my technician and she was so pleasant and friendly. Made the process less stressful and efficient. She gave clear directions and only had to redo one item. The changing rooms were nice with and according style door with magnets so it's not just a sheet covering the opening like other places. Even the gentlemen who did my checkin was friendly and efficient. Helped to have the prework done.

Their call back system is inoperable, also hangs up on you. Seems no is able to help the patient at ARA. Other diagnostic practices are much more patient friendly. The facility was nice and they got me back before my appointment time. I was given some scrubs due to my outfit having metal on it. I appreciate that and they were comfortable. The MRI tech was great and informed of how the whole process will work. I was given headphones to listen some music to offer distraction and help to drown out the noise of the machine. I've had four scans here, now, and they were all great experiences. They've always been able to get us in same-day. The prices are excellent and the technicians are top notch. I like that they have a bedroom-like setting for the scans. FYI: It's cash & Venmo only. It's a little hard to find the first time, but it's in the little strip of 2-3 businesses with a vape shop.
