The worship is singing In hymms and worshiping christ together with the lyrics on the Order of Service/Bulletin they give you When you enter. After Service the people were very warm and kind. Helpful and giving guidance esspecially to a new vistor to the church. The REV. Tommy Myrick was great and preached from the word well. overall the time I was there was awesome and would highly recommend going if you are seeking for fellowship and being rooted in the word.

Sunday services are at 9 and 11, with a separate program for kids at the same time. Family Summit (a service for parents and kids) is at 10:20. The mission statement of the children's ministry is "Partnering with Parents to Teach Kids to Love God and Love Others." They recognize that parents have a lot more time with kids than the church does, so it aims to empower the whole family. Teens gather on Sunday nights, and the Awaken midweek service (with a large meeting and smaller breakout groups focusing on various topics) is Thursday at 7. Visit the well-run Porch Cafe for coffee, specialty drinks, and finger foods between services. Rockpointe's ministry has a local, national, and international focus. One exciting recent development is that three families in the church have committed to spending five years in Africa as missionaries, an effort that the congregation will be helping to support. Each of the the 3 Pastors at St. Paul's have their Masters Degree in Theology, so you know that they know their stuff (there are a lot of "Pastors" out there who don't). There are a lot of opportunities to get involved in other things outside of church, especially for families and parents with young kids. They have a Pastor whose sole focus is on Youth Ministry, which is awesome for families with current or future high school/college students. Outside of church, the parochial school is one of the best in the area. Our oldest is in preschool right now and she absolutely loves it. The teachers and staff are amazing, and the school itself is nationally accredited. Each classroom is small enough that each student gets the personal attention you'd want, while having enough students to have rock solid athletics and music programs that can hang with the best in the Livonia area. There's a student tuition discount for the school if you're also members of the church, so if you're "in the market" for both, St. Paul's is an excellent choice. There are also a number of options for financial assistance for families on a budget. Don't think you can't afford it! St. Paul's can work with you to make it work, financially. We are coming up on our 1 year anniversary and I couldn't have found a better place for my family to worship the Lord. They are not a cult I promise you. You're never asked to do anything you can't do. As for money, they don't force you to give. Like amy church you go to they ask to give ONLY what you can. Theres been times we couldn't give and I promise you we weren't shave shamed out made to feel less then anyone else.
