    Prime Rib

If you ever find yourself hungry after rolling the dice hit up this spot. The food is consistently good at this steakhouse. The prices are fair and the quality is great. I flip between a steak or prime rib. Both are always cooked to perfection and come with a side of potatoes. The Caesar salad is spot on. It is always a highlight so get the large, you will be happy you did. The wine list is good with prices slightly lower than comparable steakhouses. All in all a great place to eat after you win or loose.

We booked a dinner at St. Germain's Steakhouse last weekend and it did not disappoint. The food was fresh and delicious. My Fillet of Beef "Au Poivre" was perfectly cooked medium. I've been to more expensive Steakhouses that overcooked the meat. This was perfect. The jumbo shrimp cocktail was also delightful and the sautéed local mushrooms (not pictured) were tasty. Our server was also really efficient and friendly. It was a great experience and I would go back again.

I have been to many steak houses over the last year and I have to say St. Germain's is one of the better ones top-notch quality - serving local game meats. I try to appetizers the escargot and the foie gras - both melted in my mouth and left me wanting more My main entrée was venison tenderloin chops served in a dark chocolate reduction - it was excellent, so tender and cooked to perfection. Kudos to the chefs. The waitstaff were also very friendly and timely with my order.

Second time coming and still impressed with their food and service. On top of that you can use your player's card from the casino to get $ off (depending how much you play of course). This place beats any other steak houses like the keg, canyon creek etc. The server and even the greeter were so sweet. Looking forward to coming back here again when I go to Rama.

*** Update from our previous visit ***…read more My family had been to Era 67 in late September, and had a horrendous experience. After we posted our review the owner, Brian, contacted us to discuss what happened. He then offered for us to come back and give them another shot. We accepted, and returned this past Sunday (November 10th) When we arrived, we were seated quickly in the private room. Brian extended his apologies again and thanked us for returning. Our drink order was taken and delivered in a timely manner. My husband was impressed with his Old Fashioned, and said it was well made. We placed our appetizer and dinner choices at the same time. The appetizers were a bit slow to come out, however we attributed that to it being a busy evening. No big deal for us. We had the stuffed Yorkies, and the bruschetta. Both were excellent. Our dinners took longer than expected, but again, it was a busy night. 2 of us has the braised lamb shank, 2 had the Prime Rib special, and I had the striploin. They were worth the wait!! My brother wanted to lick his plate when he finished his lamb and said it was the best he's ever had. My steak was perfectly cooked, and the prime rib was also well enjoyed. Although we didn't have much space left, we elected to try their flourless chocolate torte for dessert, 2 pieces to be shared amongst us. It was super rich, but came with a raspberry coulis to help cut it. Excellent!! All in all, our experience was a million times better than our last. For me, personally, I do wish the food came out a bit faster, but aside from that, we were all very pleased. I've given it a 4 only because of the delay in between courses. The food was still worth the wait though. I know that my family plans to return. My mother wants to try the lamb after seeing how much my father and brother enjoyed theirs. Thanks for a great night, Brian.

It is a lovely place to go for fine dining. Three had steak, all of which were declared tender and cooked just right. One had OssoBuco which fell off the bone it was so tender. The rest had fish, which was not overcooked and delicious. Our server was helpful but not intrusive . It was a good choice for a small group. Having said all that, there was a very large party on the other side of the restaurant , so they can handle a crowd. And I have eaten at the bar before and that was more casual but also very good.

They also had a few paintings on their walls to sell that were made by local artists which was really nice. Our server was polite and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered the oysters, the soup of the day, filet mignon with herb roasted potatoes and seasonal vegetables and the new york striploin with chive mashed potato and garlic mushrooms. We were quite pleased with the oysters (5/5) and the soup which was Chipotle Tomato (5/5). The soup had a nice smokey flavour and a kick from the chipotle which paired well with the sweetness and tanginess of the tomato soup. Filet Mignon with Herb Roasted Potatoes and Seasonal Vegetables (3.5/5). The steak was cooked to my liking (medium rare). The char to it heightened the flavour of the steak. The steak also had bacon wrapped around which I couldn't really taste. The herb roasted potatoes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The kitchen staff unfortunately forgot to add my seasonal vegetables on the plate which we let our server know. The vegetables were underwhelming as they were overcooked. We hope for the staff to be more attentive in future orders. The New York Striploin with Chive Mashed Potato and Garlic Mushrooms (4/5) was also cooked medium rare however, we did find some parts of the steak to be slightly overcooked. The char also heightened the flavours of the steak. The chive mashed potato had a smooth texture. Butter on the side would've been a good idea. The garlic mushrooms were deliciously cooked. It was bouncy and juicy, coated in the garlic flavour we were looking for. They also gave out bread and olive oil and balsamic vinegar for starters.
