Diamond blades are pricey and wear out quick so I was searching for a good place to buy them locally. As it turns out they have pretty good blades here and they are less expensive, they don't last as long as the high priced Husqvarna blades but if you want those they have them too. In fact I was surprised at how much inventory they have on the floor. There are tons of tools of all types here. It seems to be one of the better industrial and commercial tool supply houses in this area. Most of the customers in line were contractors so that says something if the trades are buying here. The manager there couldn't be bothered, said he was busy and was a bit but the counter staff were helpful and made sure I got the right blades for my saw. When I called customer service to address the issue, I was met with unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. Instead of helping, the representative raised their voice and was dismissive, essentially telling me they didn't care about resolving the problem. To make matters worse, when the driver finally did come, they deliberately threw our trash can in front of our driveway, blocking it, instead of placing it back where it was left on the sidewalk. This felt intentional and completely unacceptable. Due to the repeated missed pickups and poor customer service, I canceled my service. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will be advising others to avoid them as well. Overall, this has been a terrible experience. They are TRASH!!!

Their customer service is always nice and helpful as well we use their roll off dumpsters quite often they always drop off when they say as well as pick up. We have had MANY trash companies over the years, yes pretty much ALL of them and by far this company and these people are the best 5 Stars doesn't do them enough justice!
