This is a new blood and plasma donation center that's exceptionally clean, relaxing, and free of…read moredistractions--perfect for donating blood or plasma. Upon entering, you'll sign in at their computer and answer a few quick questions, such as your last donation date, blood type, etc. Shortly after, a phlebotomist will escort you to the back to begin the process. The phlebotomists are kind, calm, and professional, and not overly chatty, so you can easily zone out, listen to music, or read while donating. They also offer magazines in case you forgot your book or want to browse the latest NJ Monthly. Afterward, you'll head back to the front of the store, where a long, spotless table is set up with refreshments. I especially appreciate the sink they provide so you can wash your hands before eating or drinking. Walk-ins are welcome, though making an appointment is recommended.

This is a big deal here and they do not want to lose their license. The hall is large enough for a good sized party and they have a small kitchen on the premises. We were greeted warmly and seated right away. Our waiter Jake came over and introduced himself and offered us drinks. Service was terrific, friendly and professional. After finishing our lunch Jake brought over the check while I was away from the table. My wife paid the check and when I returned, told Jake it was my birthday. He immediately asked us to wait there for a couple more minutes. Soon, the entire staff of the restaurant walked over to our table with Jake carrying a delicious cinnamon bun with a candle while they all sang Happy Birthday to me. Almost every employee then came over to personally wish me a Happy Birthday. Amazing people and what a great business to support! We will definitely be back.

Crowds galore gather here every year near the historic marina off 1st Ave in Atlantic Highlands. This five day affair is sponsored by the AH firemen. Many of the same vendors can be seen at these fair throughout the counties in New Jersey. A 15 minute show of fireworks highlighted last night with many people watching this grandeur on their beach chairs overlooking the marina. We happened to be on one of the boats docked here to watch the finale. If you go, get there early. Parking is free if you can find a space. Bring the kids.... Persevere. As with these yearly events, Yelpers, you probably would't read these types of reviews until after the event has passed. Put a reminder on your phones once the weather breaks to see many of these local fairs, craft and car shows and holiday parades. Get out and have fun!!! To be continued...

I attended with several friends, typical eggs, bacon, sausage , pancakes , toast, coffee and juice. A cash bar too. Everyone was so friendly customer focused and true Americans. One of our guests had her service dog with her and she was welcomed with open arms. This once a month event is a cute place to go. Supports the American Legion. The views from there deck overlook g the New York harbor toward the Verrazano bridge and NYC is something to behold . And the public beach across the street is clean and safe for families.
