We called Care Family Medical & Chiropractic and we were so relieved that they were open and were able to get us in. The staff was OUTSTANDING! They were so helpful, kind and friendly. Dr. Smith took the time to explain every detail and steps to us to get our son back ready to race. The energy in the office was so relaxing and soothing. Two weeks went by and the pain got worse. I was stressed not knowing where to go since I have a new insurance and my usual chiropractor is out of network. I searched online and this came up as being in network, so I gave it a shot. I wish you could make an appointment online. I had to call to schedule, but it was easy to get in pretty quick. All new patients get an x-ray. It had been a while since I had one and I'm glad I did! Dr. Smith's took the time to explain the issue and why I was in so much pain (herniated disk, pinched nerves, misalignment). He also made me aware of how gastrointestinal issues can put pressure on our backs. I never made that connection. I've been going in three times a week and I'm happy to report that I'm feeling a lot better. When you come in, you spend about 10 minutes on the roller massage table, 10 minutes on the electrical stimulation machine followed by a body massager. Then, Dr. Smith comes in and does the adjustment. Usually he does the same thing every time and there's not much chit chat. That's what I miss about my regular chiropractor.

But due to total uncooperativeness of the staff he was stuck with, out of desperation I called the Harvard office as my daughter was a patient there and had a Covid shot *scheduled*. I called, said who I was, that my daughter was a patient there and I'd like a shot too. The response--"of course we'll schedule you. Would you to go with her?" How often do you receive that kind of customer service.? Shortly after, I changed doctors. For a lot of us midtowners it's convenient. And it's complete. You can lab work done right there, right now.

UPDATE: We just received their letter indicating the…read moreoutcome of their 'so-called" investigation regarding my husband's lack of care in their facility. NOTE: I was there at their facility visiting my husband every day, sometimes, twice a day, for a considerable length of time. So, I DID see what was going on. 1. Their claim: "They went in to bathe him four times, but he refused two times." I KNOW this is false because I asked my husband and staff at the time about cleaning him, clean bed linens, and a clean hospital gown. He was bathed only twice in 7 days. (at the time I wrote my review, he had been bathed only once and the sheets had not been changed nor was his hospital gown changed, but because I complained, they finally gave him a sponge bath and changed his gown and the sheets at 6:30 am the next morning). 2. Their claim: "Our investigation revealed that the required therapy minutes by the (missing word?) provided by all disciplines." The following was his schedule: (I have the original schedules of every day except Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday of days where no sessions were given. Nor do I have a Monday schedule, because it was not planned for his day of release) a. Monday & Tuesday: no sessions b. Wednesday: one therapy session c. Thursday: four sessions (right shoulder was dislocated) d. Friday: One OT session and one PT session & social/exercise group e. Saturday & Sunday: No sessions f. Monday: One PT session g. Tuesday: One session before releasing him If the staff believes that the above scheduling is advantageous, perhaps they might consider having outside professionals experienced in physical therapy advise their staff members. Please realize that if the staff is questioned, they are going to be on the defensive and perhaps bend the 'real truth' Although I have a doctorate, two counseling degrees, and a degree in psychology, it doesn't take ANY degree to figure out that defensiveness, being deceptive, and perhaps changing records is only human nature, when their jobs are on the line. I've even suggested that they consider having someone who is not recognized by the staff do an incognito investigation as to what is really going on here.... with no success. In summary, because my husband was not allowed to leave his bed (loud alarm would go off due to his high risk of falling), he was worse when I took him home than he was when he came in. Therefore, it appears to me that Ms. Harding, Director of Quality Management and Ms. Walker, Chief Executive Officer did not take my concerns seriously but only did CYA form of gestures that were required to keep 'their' jobs.

I went in for my second endoscopy with Dr. Briggs, hoping for answers. This procedure was supposed…read moreto help figure out why I suffer from chronic hiccups--episodes that last 24 to 48 hours straight, where I hiccup with every single breath I take. While I was with the nurses preparing for the procedure, Dr. Briggs walked in and asked, "How are the hiccups, are they getting any better?" I told him no. His response was, "Sounds like you're going to have to deal with that the rest of your life." In that moment, my heart sank. I felt like all hope had been ripped away from me. I held back tears in the room, but inside I was completely shattered. The thought that I might have to live the rest of my life like this was unbearable. After the procedure, I sat in my car and broke down, sobbing from the devastation of his words. But deep down, I know this isn't the end of my story. With the right doctor and God's will, there is hope. I will never return here again.

Dr Brindha is AMAZING and not your average alternative health physician. She is so knowledgeable…read moreand it's no surprise that patients are raving about her. I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend.
