He said he would test drive it and the next day I called and was told that it was DEFINITELY the tires making the noise replaceable at over $700+. When I went to pick up my car it still made the same grinding noise but I assumed it had been fixed. I drove it to IKEA in Canton, Michigan to pick up a very heavy desk and drove back using interstates. I then took it out to John's Towing for a recheck where the mechanic immediately jumped in for a ride and within seconds told me that I had a bad rotor and that my wheel could have raaily fallen off. I was also told by the mechanic that he used to work for D&M and that he's only out for your cash.

So at the end of December, I had a very unexpected expense pop up. I knew we could not get to work next morning or any other place with that bad of a flat. I have an air compressor in my garage and started to inflate the tire. Once inflated, I drove to Walmart and by the I got there it was utterly flat again. Why did I choose Walmart Auto Care to take care of this problem? Simple they were the only ones that were open in town on a Sunday. I walked in and there were two other people in the auto care center waiting to be helped. After the guy started having their vehicles taken care of, I told him about my problem. I told him about the flat, and the fact I may need at least one new tire. He went to look at my vehicle to confirm and he said yes you definitely need that one, he checked the other tires and found another one was damaged and needed replacing... it just wasn't as bad as the other one. Yay! More money! In the end it wasn't that bad of a cost considering, still it was an unexpected expense during the holidays. While they were changing my tires, I did some needed grocery shopping, so it is not like I wasted my time waiting. In the end, I was thankful Walmart Auto Care Center was open on a Sunday, and allowed me the convenience to get my grocery shopping done while my problem was taken care of. I was very glad I came here.

NEVER taking any of my vehicles back. We could have been seriously injured and then they proceeded to make it not a big deal stating that they had nothing to do with it or couldnt even fix it. Even after presenting them with everything they need to prove it wasn't on us. I've NEVER had a problem with them until this incident. But safety is a big thing for us and we just can't trust Hegemier anymore. So just be careful. Who knows next person the after damage might be way worse
