Terrible excuse for a hospital. I am on vacation with my mother who has stage four melanoma and she…read morehas become ill. We checked into the at approximately 2130hrs. Upon checking in the staff took vitals and sent my mother to the lab fairly quickly after arriving at the hospital. Approximately Two hours later, they came out and said she needed another lab. It is now 0424hrs on the following day. My mother has still not seen a doctor nor has she received an IV or any other medication. I have been up to the reception desk numerous times only to be told that they are busy despite there only being a handful of patients still left in the ER. Hopefully my mother will be seen by a Dr and receive the care she needs soon so that we can continue our vacation or before the suspected severe urinary tract infection she has kills her.

There's been a few hospital stays and a couple of surgeries. Doctors have been caring. The nurses have been very helpful and supportive. The other staff members are just as friendly and helpful. Their cafeteria and staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I've had to make some coffee runs! Overall, a beautiful hospital. Ample parking. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.

Chris worked with me and was able to stop the injected dye from creating a massive headache. As soon As I felt it coming on he backed it off and headache went away and NO vomiting! I made the mistake of going here because it was on my way home and I felt really sick and had a horrendous cough. I just wanted to get seen by a doctor and get some medicine as quick as possible and then get home. This one star is not because of the care I got it's because of the billing $1000 out-of-pocket for this on the day I was seen even though it was about a 20 minute visit with one x-ray and a prescription for a Z-Pak.. then I got three more bills after the fact for different things that I thought were scams, but actually were related to secondary billing and this is after they billed my insurance. A total of $1500 for 20 minutes. They did a great job schooling me up on never going to the emergency room for anything but life or death. If you have money that you like, burning in a fire on weekends, then go ahead go to this place. You'll love it.
