After waiting for 45 minutes we drove to Berryville, Arkansas Hospital. They should close this hospital in Eureka Springs, Ar. While waiting in the Er waiting room at the Eureka Springs hospital, I saw a rat run by the receptionist desk the size of a small dog! Again this hospital should be condemned by the health department!!!

There's been a few hospital stays and a couple of surgeries. Doctors have been caring. The nurses have been very helpful and supportive. The other staff members are just as friendly and helpful. Their cafeteria and staff has been very friendly and welcoming. I've had to make some coffee runs! Overall, a beautiful hospital. Ample parking. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.

I had to have a myleogram pre surgical test today. The previous myleograms I've had I got insane…read moremigraines and was throwing up like crazy! The tech Chris Jones and his assistants were great! Chris worked with me and was able to stop the injected dye from creating a massive headache. As soon As I felt it coming on he backed it off and headache went away and NO vomiting! I came here last Thursday for a blood test - so that is what my review will be based on. That was…read moremy first time here, as I come more often (well hopefully I won't have to come often, but you know what I mean) I will most likely update my review. PARKING: There is a decent size parking lot, but I feel like it could be better and it could be closer to the entrance to the hospital. The day I went there it was freezing and it was not enjoyable walking to my car to the hospital because it was somewhat far haha. WAIT: I had to wait in the outpatient area - you are checked in by a volunteer. The older gentlemen who was volunteering that day was very friendly. My wait was somewhat long - about 30-40 minutes. Once they called my name I was taken to a little outpatient office desk and was checked in. Then I had to go to the lab and wait a little more - about 10-15 minutes. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Overall, friendly. Besides the wait, it was good. The nurse who took my blood did a great job as well.
