All they did was run a few viral tests on me, prescribe me some antibiotics and steroids, and sent me on my way. I just came here because they accepted my BCBS insurance and it was the closest to me that was open on a Sunday. After reading on these horrible YELP reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but I needed help. I arrived around 615pm, filled out a bunch of paperwork, and then waited like 8mins before being called. I wasn't seen by a doctor, but a nurse practitioner instead. Luckily, my asthma/possible lung issue was manageable by the nurse and was able to prescribe me just what I needed to sleep comfortably. I don't know how much all of this will cost me, but I did have to pay a co-payment of $30. Staff are very friendly and fast. The parking is small, but enough because it doesn't seem busy or at least for a Sunday evening. There is a clean restroom in the lobby along with coffee and water bottles.

They took his vitals and his BP was 161/120. The doctor came in and he seemed irritated, didn't even want to hear him out or look at him or his foot. Then he said it's not gout, his issue was plantar fasciitis and to get some good insoles. Never once did he mention his BP level. Why take his vitals if they aren't important enough to discuss the high levels? Basically I gave them $125 five minutes of his time. Overall it was a horrible experience, which was surprising because I've had to go to urgent care facilities before with excellent patient care.
