The sales person was busy and rather than put me on hold, she put the phone down. I heard the entire conversation with the customer she was helping ( 10+ minutes). Apparently, some of her items were sold. She attempted to locate the other items in the shop to no avail. I could tell she was upset because she mentioned that the missing items were "high end" and expensive. This just reinforces why this store is dishonest and unorganized. By the way my two missing items were never found... let's see if I really do get a check.

While some things were reasonably priced, other items were laughably priced. For example, an average quality small living room arm chair with slightly faded and slightly dirty fabric was $167.00. You can buy a similar arm chair in Bob's brand new and fresh smelling for $199.00 All in all, if you're in the area it's worth visiting since donations come in every week and you never know what you might find.

Two men came with a truck to my house. They refused to take anything. They looked at everything and said, "faded", "nicked", etc. In my opinion, every single thing was in good condition. I couldn't believe it. Do they only take new furniture? Aren't they selling, or giving to needy people, used furniture? I asked the driver, "Why?" after he refused the first item (I was just curious...I didn't have an attitude.). He responded, with a bit of an attitude, "Because the driver has the right to refuse any item." Not a good experience at all.
