We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar. The crew left a ditch witch behind my garage door over a weekend, along with boards and open paint that I actually backed over more than once. Sloppy, no respect for our property whatsoever. After less than a year the patio pavers needed attention once again. My husband and myself texted the owner and crickets...we had to hire a different company to come and repair it. Several weeks later we were on vacation and we get a text from a neighbor tells us that there were some workers in our backyard. Oh - they came a week sooner than they told us they would. What the heck?! We come back and the wall looks not very good. This was not really their fault. Apparently the material in that part of the wall was different from the other part of the wall. If we were there while they were working we could have problem solved with them - maybe get some new material. But they did it when we weren't there, so that wasn't an option. Hired them to clean up all the leaves that fell after mid-December. Two guys did a thorough job…read moregetting all the leaves. They did a great job in the bed that has the ivy to remove the leaves and not damage the ivy. They haul all the leaves to the front using tarps then use their machine that sucks up the leaves and mulches them. No clean up needed on my part and no hauling recycling leaf bags to the curb. To make payment easy they accept payment via Zelle. I really like not writing checks. I received a text message when they were on their way and when they arrived. Great Service!
