Called several hours later for the second time and was told by their receptionist that she does not check messages. 3. When she answered the phone she could not be heard, sounded brain dead and was nasty and curt....all great qualities for a receptionist. The attitude that came across was "you're lucky I'm answering the phone." Dr Meyer this is a determent to your practice and poor customer service. Since that was my first exposure to your practice it makes me think that this is a poorly run office like so many doctor's offices are and one I would want nothing to do with.

Urgent care is an accident waiting to happen for anything that is not basic. OrthoNY and Cardiology Associates of Schenectady have walkin hours, so that is appropriate as needed. Your true colors are showing!! My prior review detailed a situation I experienced while at the office on July 17th, 2026. I witnessed the most despicable display of management abuse and hearing the Owner's wife berate and belittle 2 employees on staff while patients were in office. No one should be treated this way. I genuinely hope those 2 ladies find better employment in the future. (If this review gets taken down, I will continue to repost)
