They advertised 8/unit and when I went in I SPECIFICALLY asked for 30 units (mind you, in the advertisement it states baby tox special NO WHERE did it state it had to be 40 units minimum) fast forward to treatment the the RN came in and questioned why I didn't want more and pressured me to get more. I told her no only 30 because I don't want to look frozen and so she told me she would be giving me total of 15 units for "free" the entire time they were speaking in their Armenian language and thought it was really rude! From the start, booking an appointment was incredibly easy and the response time was very quick, which I really appreciated. Today I came in for Botox with Cynthia, NP. I had originally purchased 60 units, but Cynthia took the time to carefully assess my facial structure and muscle movement and explained that it might be better to start with fewer units until she gets more familiar with how my muscles respond. I absolutely LOVE this place. The front desk girls are the sweetest and super helpful. Tara is amazing and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of all clients. My mom and I had such a great conversation with her and we truly enjoyed it! I had an appointment with Cynthia for lip filler and Cynthia took the time to examine my lips and noticed that there were quite a few bumps throughout. I used to love this place but I will never go back. The owner and the receptionist Sarah, are rude and not welcoming. There are plenty of med spas in the valley that are good if not better with welcoming staff and people who actually care about their clients. I believe also, their deals are good because the botox is expired or expiring. Will not be back, they definitely ruined it. I have proof of asking you all if there was expired botox via text. Also, prior to the possibly expired botox incident, two other people I referred also communicated expired potential botox from your med spa. Its hard to have a conversation with you as it felt culturally inappropriate given the way you responded and handled things. I told him I wanted something very natural so I usually use only half a syringe of Versa. He listened carefully and I barely felt anything when he injected the filler. EVERYONE NEEDS TO KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE!!! This review is long over due, I am not kidding when I'm saying every person that is considering cosmetic procedures, whether it's their first time or they had an experience with other clinics. This place will perform miracles to your face, body, soul, bank account, and long term goals. Let me start by saying this is not the first place I went to, I probably went to 7-10 clinics to get some fillers/Botox, but I never found a place I could trust with more expensive and complex procedures I wanted to get done, as you can see on my before picture, my face is naturally very round, chubby cheeks, and very asymmetrical, no amount of makeup contour could really help, nor fillers I've tried. My dream was always to have a defined, symmetrical face I could just be proud of and not have to use much make up on once my skin and face will look like a healthy canvas. I went to get hundreds of consultations, advising me buccal fat removal surgery, face lifts etc.. Even the non surgical procedures gave me an estimate of over 5-10k and I wasn't ready for that, especially when I didn't feel comfortable enough with the place or injectors that gave an impression they would do anything you'll ask without warning what could happen in the future as long as you pay. Once I found Tara and Suk, I had a detailed consultation, they took a very close look on my skins condition, my natural structure, and explained to me in Great detail what options I have, all while being extremely patient, NEVER pushy, and very generous with their time without me even paying a dime at this point. They built me a plan to achieve my goals, and with the warm and welcoming feeling I got from them I decided to invest with them. As you can see, this is how my face is looking after a PDO thread lift, fillers, Botox, and Morpheus 8, and as it might sound expensive, I actually saved thousands of dollars by not even getting half of the fillers and procedures other place's recommended me to get, and all that is while I'm almost selling myself and telling them what I was advised, they were actually the ones to get me off the idea while explaining me why I wouldn't need it while demonstrating and explaining what damage it could cause me with age or skin tissue, It's very uncommon to find a place that won't take money you are almost making so easy to take. I was amazed by how much money I saved, how welcome I felt, what a professional and detailed consultation I had and obviously how gorgeous they made me look, they literally made my dreams come true with zero pain or down time. Everytime I get botox, no matter how much I ask to have it done in a way where my eyebrows don't drop down, no one's been able to do it. I came in for a consultation after seeing their lovely work on social media. I was charmed by the vibe they gave off, the stunning results they post, and by the personalities of the nurses here. I was sold before coming in. Unfortunately, the vibe I got in person was totally different. The nurses were a bit standoffish and my consultation was flabbergasting. My consultation began with "you are beautiful" and before I could finish saying "thank you" she interrupted me with "but, BUT, BUUUT" and proceeded to tell me areas that she felt I could benefit from adding filler to. I had been to other consultations before this experience and was surprised and saddened by the fact that this is how clients are approached here. Especially when discussing a person's face, I think that it is important to ask the client what their goals are rather than to project beauty standards or insecurities on the client in the hopes that they will splurge on more than what they came in for. I personally was hoping for a more natural enhancement than what she recommended. I appreciate honesty and input because that is what I expect from a consultation, but she was set on trying to convince me that I needed a lot more work than I had asked for. At the end of my consultation she asked me if I had any questions so I expressed a few concerns that I had from my research about risks and anecdotal accounts that I had found online, expecting to receive some reassurance before making such a big decision. Instead of pretending to listen, she scoffed at me and said "okay first of all don't read anything. Just do it. If you read anything you're not gonna want to do it." I was astounded by this response and completely lost trust in anyone here unfortunately. I so wanted to love my experience here. The fact that she is the manager here made me lose trust in the service that I would receive. I was offered a good deal, but ended up going to another medspa instead because of how thoughtful, compassionate, and educated their team was. ** You can see just by going through others' 1 star reviews on this page that the owners refuse to take accountability and are very aggressive in their responses to poor feedback. read more

I hate to leave reviews like this but I wanted to make sure others were aware before visiting this spa. If I could leave a review for Tony alone it would be 5 stars: excellent beside manner, super gentle touch, knowledgeable and made me feel really comfortable during my appointment. I'd love to be able to continue seeing him for my treatments. The thing that lost me was the woman (I'm assuming the owner) who checked me out after my appointment did not allow me to use my alle points towards my appointment. I was referred here by a friend who was told she could use her points when they match a Groupon and I used to work at a high ranking Allergan Med Spa, have visited other spas prior to that and I have never heard of an office having a policy that excludes patients from using points they have earned. Because I came in during their March special, my "total was not high enough to use all of my points" and when I called to follow up I was told "when patients have a lot of points we don't use them all. It's our policy" I'll be calling Allergan to follow up on if offices are allowed to do this, but if you're looking for a spa to use your points you've earned from spending money your better off finding somewhere else that doesn't have different rules for every patient. read more

I recently tried S T and I must say, the customer service was excellent (got an amazing deal online - for first time customers). The office is beautiful and clean, and the staff was very friendly, but I'm not sure I would go back. I've been getting injections for almost four years now (including fillers) and I found this recent experience to be the most painful. There are usually a few pricks that sting a bit, but I left there in a good amount of pain. My forehead ached for at least an hour afterwards, which has never happened before. Thankfully, I had only one tiny bruise the next morning. Also, this place is very expensive!! Much more expensive than some of the other med spa's I've visited (I got a filler for $400 at another place in sherman oaks, S T charges $700 for the same service). Hence the 3 star review, I subtracted a star for the unusual pain and another because in my opinion, they're a little over priced (however, their prices are comparable to some other establishments). read more

Came in 10 mins before my appt, the gorgeous Shuki, if I'm not mistaken, started my paper work, numbed my lips, and was just as beautiful inside as out.
