Do not go there at all. I went and told the nurse, Cynthia, to give me as much Botox as needed to achieve the desired result. She suggested that 30 units would be enough. However, after two weeks, I saw no results from her work. I called to request additional units if necessary, but despite calling several times, she didn't answer and refused to take responsibility. Eventually, the owner called me back, but she was extremely rude and accused me of lying without understanding the situation. She claimed it wasn't their responsibility and said that if I wanted results, I would have to come back and pay double the price because it would be considered a second session. I had no problem paying for results, but doubling the price felt deceitful. It seems they intentionally suggest fewer units in the first session to charge more later. This wasn't a second session but a continuation of the first, which had yielded no results. They should take responsibility for their work. Not only did I fail to see any improvement, but my eyes have also become very droopy as a result of their treatment. By chance, I discovered that a friend had a similar experience--she went once and never returned. Another acquaintance also didn't see any results from their work. Im not the complaining type but today I had an appointment today at 1:30 pm . I came in at 1:20pm to be ON TIME!! There was NO clients at the lobby when I walked in! Later they started coming in. The front desk manager calls them before me saying that the injector is ready. They didn't acknowledge me, I go to front desk and ask what's taking so long it's been 25 min? They said they will call me soon! I WAITED 40 MINUTES!Thats INSANE!!Horrible Customer Service! I asked for my deposit to be returned since they CANT COMPLY with their Service! On top of that they make you sign a waiver saying that you agree to pay any service you get and it's not refundable.? Today was my first time at S.T Med Spa and the service was beyond great If I would be able to give more than 5 stars I would. The 2 ladies that were there today at the front desk were very nice specially the lady with blonde hair. My injector Cynthia went above and beyond on my lips with lip filler I went to another place prior to this location and the previous injector migrated my top lip a little and Cynthia really looked into my lips to give me the best results while she was doing the lip filler i only felt pain the first minutes after that no pain like with the previous person I went to. Cynthia really did look at my lips from every single angle to see that they looked great while working on them I felt like if she actually cared about me looking nice and getting nice results. First time doing injections, ever. I did my research - I was looking for something near by, within my price range AND had good reviews. Heard about this place on the FB Mommy page. Found a groupon and headed in. We spoke about what my goals or problem areas were and what her plan was to work accordingly. I especially liked how I did not feel pressured to buy any additional treatments. It was quick and painless, and for the price, I was wondering if the product may have been diluted. But it has been 4 days, and I can honestly say that it has started taking effect. I've been keeping track of my progress and so far am very happy with the results. They say to wait 2 weeks for maximum results, but Im on day 4 and already excited with the outcome. I initially wanted to do a small trial so we started with 50 units of Dysport. I think I'll go back and add a few more now that I am comfortable with the product and know I can trust my NP Cynthia. read more

I would give no stars if I could, this review is purely for management. Sukhi is an excellent injector, one of the best, so this is for ST Medspas terrible customer serivice not a reflection of the PAs nor nurses. To give some background, I've referred 3 people to them, one of which is a tiktok start with over 1 million followers and what do I get for it? They fought with me over the $25 referral, saying they never heard of those two customers, later admitted that they were in fact referred by me. Third referall, they put me on hold for 5+ minutes when I called to make an appointment, saying they need to "check something" then come back and tell me that they have no times available for the next month - this isn't true - they post available times on Instagram. Basically, they didn't want to give me another $25/30 bucks for a referral. In the business world, most businesses would be so happy that clients are referring patients to them, but no ST Medspa tells you to refer patients, you'll get a referall fee, and then they drop you like a fly. Good luck to them, I told everyone I referred to them not to go back. I'm going to update my review to include a response to the below comment from management. It's pretty funny that they state they gave me "50 units" complementary totally 100 units. I have never had that much injected and to make up such lies about patient health records is wrong. Imagine a dr saying they performed a treatment they didn't. Easily my chart would prove them wrong. Again, why would I go out of my way to refer people unless I was told to do so and I would be given a cash credit? Similar to the reviews below, many have said the same thing, they claim they are giving you more units "for free" then come behind your back and try to charge you in other ways. This place is a shit show and an absolute mess. I refuse to let these people scam others the way they scammed me and I will be exposing your guy's shitty business. I've attached a bunch of documented evidence below knowing Tara and Sukhi will come up with more lies to justify their immature behavior and defend their business and make me look like the bad guy. Try lying to these screenshots. Long story short, they botched my lips (duck lips and overfilled), OVERCHARGED me, wouldn't refund my money, left my lips with bumps, and then wouldn't fix them. I would also like to add that they did not apologize EVEN ONCE throughout this whole matter for their mistakes. THEIR REVIEWS ARE ALSO FAKE. They give their customers A DISCOUNT FOR LEAVING 5 STAR REVIEWS ON YELP, which I found out later, and everything made sense to me. These reviews are written by not only their friends and families but also by the spa's employees (update: they removed their reviews lmao). Please do not be naive like me and end up going to this Med Spa because you see only five-star reviews. I wasn't aware that these reviews are fake and it cost me 200$ here, 300$ to remove filler somewhere else, and 355$ to get them adequately filled. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else. I've been to many med spas in my life and worked for a couple as well and I've never had such a bad experience as this one. My experience was so bad that I felt compelled to warn people about this place and to think twice before coming here. I truly don't want anyone to deal with what I had to deal with. I only wish someone had warned me of this place and I would have taken my time and money somewhere else. The nurse that was removing my filler literally asked me "where did you get these done?" because THAT'S HOW BAD this place did them lmao. I already knew this place f*cked up my lips but the nurse that was removing them...confirmed it. There are so many places in LA that are way more professional and know what they're actually doing. This place is just a risk and so unprofessional. I would advise you to run far far away from this place. You can read below if you want to know exactly what went down. I paid 198$ for half a syringe (screenshot below), if they are asking for anything more than that, then you are just being scammed. They took me into a room after waiting for an hour and the nightmare began. Before I even got the chance to talk to the injector about how I wanted my lips done, Lola, the marketer, ONCE AGAIN came in and asked if she could take some zoomed-in pictures of my lips and shoot some content for their dry-ass Instagram account. I've worked in the aesthetics industry, and we always wait till all our patient's questions and concerns have been answered before shooting some content. You guys should try that lol. (Also, the fact that they never ended up posting the before and afters on their Instagram account after my appointment basically says it all. Sukhi knew he had botched my lips and didn't want to turn down potential customers by posting the content) I showed Suki some pics that I had saved on my phone and specifically told him to NOT give me a lip flip because I was going for a more natural look. I booked an appointment for half a syringe because my natural lips were already full so I didn't need a whole syringe. After the procedure was done, he told me that he had used A FULL SYRINGE. He gave me the mirror and OMG. He did exactly what I told him not to do. My top lip was huge compared to the bottom and he had lifted it so high. After clearly expressing to him that he had made my top lip HUGE compared to the bottom, this fool decides to ADD MORE FILLER in an attempt to fix my botched lip. But he made it so much worse. I've attached all the pics below. I kept expressing this concern to him but he kept telling me that it was just the swelling and it would get better. It never did. Maybe if he wasn't so focused on shooting content, they could have filled my lips properly. I was very hesitant to pay and leave but he had already injected my lips so I had no choice. I paid and wasn't given a receipt. When I got home and checked my transactions, TARA HAD OVERCHARGED ME! I genuinely wanna know, how can you be a "MANAGER" of practice and overcharge your customers?? Like, get your shit together.I called Tara and she agreed that she had not subtracted my deposit from the overall cost and told me she had refunded me. I was told that I would receive the refund asap if not then the next day. After a full 24 hours, I texted Tara that I HAD NOT received my refund and she literally went MIA. So I drove to the place to have a CIVIL and MATURE conversation but she literally was yelling across the building and basically excusing me for lying. Tara, let me see that kind of behavior if you had your clients around lmao. You guys had it on video so please do post the video.
